All as above everything was efficient and a job well done from beginning to end. The extras above were things I asked for and were not things that were pushed on me. So I will definitely use again.

He really did a wonderful job! There was dried "goo" that was hard as a rock stuck on the carpet and Ben carefully was able to a tool to lift and trim it out and you could not tell after he cleaned the carpet that it had even been there. I have 3 children, 2 small dogs and 2 cats. So there is a lot if traffic! Ben was extra careful and really made sure he took the time to go over all the carpets methodically and very well! Ben also cleaned an oriental rug at my front door. The colors became brilliant again and it looks beautiful!!

They called to say they had researched products to remove the wine stains. However, they wanted an extra $200.00 to do it; in addition, they wanted an extra $100.00 per rug for stain prevention. We refused these charges since the rugs were both old, and we did not want to spend the extra money for them. A couple of hours later, the girl called back to say that she did not get the message to them soon enough, and they had gone ahead and removed the wine stains. They did not charge us extra for any of the work. We picked up the rugs today (10/16/2013) from the cleaning facility and replaced them on our floors. They look very clean and the colors are vibrant again. We are satisfied with the service.

Purclean did a good job on both rugs, completed the job timely and even contacted me to let me know I could meet them in my home city so I wouldn't have to make the trip to their Woodinville shop. I was pleased with the job and even more pleased by the thoughtfulness.

They were very professional and honest and great to work with. I was preparing my condo for listing and needed to see if I could get the tile and carpet even close to nice enough not to have to replace. They were able to get out all of the stains that they told me they could and seriously improve the ones that they said might not come up. In the end I didn't have to replace any of it. It was well worth the cost. The work was done very quickly and with no need to abandon the other work being done in order to let carpet dry. I would definitely recommend them and will probably have them do some work in my new home! Great for anyone with allergies or pet stains. Check them out.

We had some tough stains from pets. They worked hard to get these out. Overall, the carpet looked great!

The PureClean technician did a great job on both the carpets and floors. There was a huge stain in one place which was old and very ingrained, a flight of stairs which had the oldest carpeting and also sustained to most shoe traffic and individual stains across the house. He was able to get even the worst of it out which was way more than I expected. The only stain left was a halo around a plastic mat which has been in the same place for a long time. The grime from the ~15 year old linoleum floors is practically all gone, except for some of the very edges. Most of the carpeting is 3.5 years old, but was only vacuumed and never washed in this time frame and has taken some hits. PureClean restored it to practically new condition and offered a lot of guidance regarding maintenance in the future.

I purchased the service through "Big Deal" and expected to up charges for additional services, which I did. I was impressed with the professional service, Zeb was the person who did the work in our home and I recommend him! He explained all of the product options and fees and I felt very happy with what I got. He was extremely professional and pleasant. Pure Clean did great work and left me thinking I will definitely use them in the future if I need their services. I highly recommend them!

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was fine. There was nothing unusual about it. I wasn't there when they arrived, and I had left the key in the key box and so they went in and cleaned it. I had no problem scheduling, and they completed it within a few days of me deciding when I wanted to do it. I did not pay anything more than what I had paid for the big deal. I would use them again, if they had a good deal.

Hands down....outstanding from start to finish! Old school service and HARD...hard workers!

Provider was on time and very professional. He measured the carpet I wanted cleaned and reported that over 600 square feet of carpet cleaning so there would be an additional charge. I agreed. The carpet looked great when he was finished. When I asked how long it would take to dry he said about 4 hours for upstairs and perhaps a bit longer down. This was my only disappointment as it was still damp when I turned in for the night. I have had my carpets dry cleaned in the past and I will probably go back to the dry clean method. Other than that, I did appreciate his timeliness and he did a very good job cleaning the carpet, and the price was right!

Very well. Did an excellent job and got out some very difficult stains. Would definitely hire again. Arrived on time and finished in a very timely manner.

Went great! He showed up an hour early and I was still vacuuming and wasn't quite ready. The price was a lot more than I had expected but wanted to get the protection added. There are still some spots that didn't come out like old coffee spills but for the most part, my carpets are a great deal better. I would have liked to have seen the person wear booties on his shoes and not lean on my walls. I'm pretty picky so that kind of stuff bothers me.

The carpet in older but I think they cleaned it up pretty well.

This was a hard sell get us in the door so we can talk you into buying more kind of deal. The very nice, professional, neat tech was also an expert salesman who even asked me if I wanted to make some extra money helping him out. He also asked me to send him contact information for any one else who might want to work for him, but refused to give any details until I sent the contact information. Wow. No. The rugs came back OK, but not the promised amazing results. The sofa was not even cleaned on the side that face the wall.

First off, they cleaned three rooms, and gave us a bottle of cleaning fluid, which was what they were on the hook to do. They just didn't go any further AT ALL. The three rooms were very small bedrooms, emptied, and with pretty clean carpet to start with. They wouldn't do the hall that connected them, as they were there to clean 'three areas'. four feet wide 15 feet long on top of the three rooms didn't seem like a big deal, but it was to them. The guy constantly went on about how they were so much better than all other carpet cleaners. He did offer a consolation bottle of cleaning fluid rather than clean the hallway for us.. Of course that was in the angies deal anyhow, but he acted like it was his great generosity. Just left a bad taste in the mouth all around.

We had measured not only our great room and entryway carpet; but also our loft carpet. Our measurements added up to less than 600 sq ft., and the technician was very accommodating about cleaning all those areas. The tech was very polite, and we were so glad to have this service for our home!
