The service provided was excellent. They did a great job. We had to go pick them up and drop them off and then bring them back. They did offer to come out to the house but since they're big and we had a hardwood floor, we didn't want them to be wet on the floor. My girlfriend took them over there, she was just thrilled and she's a hard to please person. I think they're courteous and worked with her. They paid good attention to everything.

Pretty good experience. A little pricy. They did a great job! I initially purchased the Big Deal for $240, but my house was bigger than what the $240 paid for. Charged me an additonal $1800 to do the rest of my home. That was an unexpected expense. If I were to call them again, I would think twice based on pricing alone.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They came out, followed instructions to get in and did a great job. Every spot was removed and everything looked really good. I was going to change the carpet, but now it looks like new. They accommodated my schedule and came when I needed them.

He cleaned my carpet the night before Thanksgiving and I was hosting and they were dry within 8 hours. He cleaned in my living areas and split level stairs and hallways. My carpet is about 10 years old and needed to be cleaned even though I had it done a little over a year ago. They clean with hot water over 200 degrees, not cleaners that can be toxic or later attract the dirt. After he cleaned and when I walk on the carpet in bare feet, I felt the difference and it's good. It feels simply clean. The carpet looks beautiful and he got stains out I didn't think would ever come out. This is a family owned business and he takes pride in his work and it shows! I will definitely use Pure Clean from now on. They're a great company and I hope their business keeps growing. This is the type of quality standard the USA used to have. They do what they say they're going to do and do it well! Good job!

I called (206)3535-4155 and spoke with the receptionist about my bathroom tile re-grouting. I explained what I want done but found out they just clean and was the floor. I will have to find somebody who set tiles.

They would not honor the Angie's List 5% discount coupon for members (which is currently advertised on Angie's list), nor their own coupon currently on their company website for first time customers. We were told that they "did not have any promotional coupons at this time."

First of all, the PureClean crew were very professional. They showed up on time, were courteous through out, and took care to clean up after themselves. The areas I wanted them to clean had heavy pet stains. After taking a look, the crew recommended me to purchase a special cleaning agent that would be added to the treatment, to ensure that some of the tougher pet stains would come out. I was dubious that everything would be cleaned with $199 to start with, so was okay with the price addition, as long as they could ensure that the stains would really be gone. Once they finished, my carpet looked immaculate, just like the "after" pictures the company boasts on their website, with nice clean fan shaped strokes. I was ecstatic as I said good bye to the PureClean guys. But when the carpet dried completely the next day, some of the tougher stains surfaced and became visible again. To be fair, when the PureClean guys finished the job, they told me to call them if I were not entirely happy. However, I did not do that. Why? Because I felt that they did a good enough job for the money I paid and I am not a haggler in general. I figured that some of the stains were just too tough to be completely cleaned, vowed to get wooden floors several years down the road, and left a "B" review on Angie's List stating how I was happy with the overall job but that some stains did surface. Naturally I was very surprised when I received a call from the owner the next day. He explained to me that carpet cleaning was a bit of science and that sometimes you had to work some adjustments after the initial results. And that is exactly what he did for my carpet. The week after the call, they came again (this time with a different machinery, went over the spots that surfaced and cleaned it completely. In conclusion, I am very impressed with this company, specifically the extent they are willing to go to satisfy their customers. It is rare to see this kind of service. I would hire them again and will be recommending them to my friends.

Zeb did a great job of explaining the product, the process and the options. He did a fantastic job of deep-cleaning our filthy berber carpet and stairs... the carpet literally looks several shades lighter and brighter, as it should. He cleaned the regular carpet in one of the bedrooms, which not only made it look better, but also lifted the pile, so now the carpet feels thicker and softer. I was thrilled that he was also able to clean the area rug in our living room on site without getting the wood floor underneath damp. We are thrilled with the all-natural, chemical-free products. The carpets look great and smell good too. The service was professional and friendly.

I purchased the cleaning on a deal through Angie's List and all went well, and they even went beyond the normal six months period that the deals extend to. They went above and beyond getting me to make an appointment by following up with phone calls. When I finally made an appointment the carpets look great when finished, and as far as the carpet cleaning that was an excellent job. The rest of the process was a huge disappointment as the service man did not lay drop cloths to protect my hardwood floors from splatters and it appeared he thought my runner rugs were sufficient. He set the jug of spot cleaner directly on my hardwood floor which has left a black mark where it leaked and damaged the finish. Where the hoses were strung over the runners needless to say after dragging them around and removing the hoses after cleaning I had numerous spots on my hardwood to clean up, and praise be they did not leave permanent spots.They could have very easily since I didn't find them until the next morning when I had better lighting coming in my living room windows so I could spot them.There is one however that I have found since then on a different finish hardwood floor that did leave a spot. Luckily after he left I checked where the bedroom carpets ended on the edge of the hardwood floor in between the hallway runner rug as there were numerous splatters that I was able to wipe up without any damage in those areas. I have never been left with that much cleanup after having my carpets cleaned by any other service providers, and have never not had drop cloths put down preventing any damage and mess of dirt or pine needles that might be on the hoses since they come in from outside. I do believe that if he would have done the simple process putting down drop cloths, checking where the carpets end onto floors and wiping up obvious splattering that would occur at those points, there service would have received all excellent ratings from me. I am a senior with a bad hip, back and knee so all the bending to clean up and wipe up after him was not easy.

It turned out just fine. I upscaled to larger rugs so they gave me exactly what the agreed process was. The customer service was good and their knowledge of rugs and deep rug cleaning seemed to be above the competition. It was a little higher than what I expected but it was not bad.

The Carpet cleaner arrived at the house at the appointment time. He was very courteous. We went through each room and he assessed the condition of the each carpet. He did relate that some of the stains may not come out. The cleaner then proceeded to work on each carpet, two of the rooms were quite small and the TV room was larger. The entire job took approximately an hour. He explained that putting a protectant on the TV room carpet would help to keep it clean. The Carpet cleaner was very informative when asked questions. I would recommend this company to my friends.

Arrived on time and was totally professional. He explained what he was doing, how the Pureclean process worked, and why it worked. The results were TREMENDOUS and I will definitely call them the next time I need carpet cleaning service. I would recommend them to everyone.

It turned out very well. They came out a few weeks after we purchased the deal. They were able to get some spots cleaned out of the carpet. Overall, they did a pretty good job.

I was absolutely blown away by PureClean's service. Our carpets were really bad. We had a high traffic path from the door to the kitchen that was literally grey (our carpets are brown). We have used other cleaning companies in the past (Stanley Steemer among others) and NO ONE was able to clean that traffic stain. I was ready to pull the carpet out and install wood floors because I couldn't stand looking at it any longer. We tried PureClean because they were very highly rated, and because I had heard about their process that doesn't use detergents. I had head there is no way to completely remove the detergents that are used by other companies. When detergents are left in the carpet they actually attract dirt (which is what they are designed to do) and trap it in your carpet. Since PureClean doesn't use detergents, this isn't a problem. And the process they use was able to remove ALL the existing dirt. The nasty gray path is GONE. Our 10 year old carpets look brand new. The technician was awesome. Very friendly, polite, and professional. I love the fact this this is a family owned and operated business too. I can't say enough good things about this company. They have a new customer for life.

I signed up to have area rugs cleaned, but the service provider only offered wall to wall carpet cleaning. They were very nice, professional and suggested that I seek a refund and bring my rug to them for cleaning.

The young (to me) service man was very pleasant and efficient. I would not hesitate to have PureClean again or to recommend them.

This was the best carpet cleaning that I had every seen. They were able to get stains out that other companies could not and I will use them anytime service is needed. They really knew what they were doing and they took out the stains and just did a great job.

Very professional in every way, from the initial call for an appointment to the prompt arrival of the tile guy. He arrived in a company van and wore a uniform so I felt comfortable that he was from a quality company. It was the first time the tile was sealed since the install so it needed several coats and extra time to dry. The tile looks beautiful and shiny now!

We had some cat urine problems with them so there were some additional costs with the Big Deal. It took about 2 weeks from the time we took the rugs over for them to finish cleaning. I dropped and picked the rugs off. We haven’t unwrapped the rugs yet, but they seem fine. They were very cooperative during the Big Deal process. I was glad to discover that there is someone locally that does these types of services.
