I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. That was a good one. That was a good experience. I used it a little before Christmas. When I looked at the fine print it didn't say anything about that you would have to deliver the rugs yourself to their facility and to have a Seattle member, they are apparently out in the north end, so at first I wasn't sure if I wanted to use the coupon, I had to take the rug all the way out there, but eventually they came and picked it up and then I really wanted to make sure all it wasn't all matted looking. Like sometimes it does when you have a rug cleaned like that, they did a really good job and then they brought it back to me. It started out a little rough, but talking to the people it turned out to be a really good experience. They did a really good job. The carpet is twenty years old and it looks really good. It didn't have any chemical smell or anything like that. It was really good.

It went alright. It’s pretty hard to tell with this particular job but the difference will be if the grout holds up. But for now, it seems okay. The service people were very polite and seemed very efficient.

Facility is very hard to find, but service is good.

There are so many companies to choose from. There website looked thorough and credible. The person who answered the phone was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. They executed on the exact job and on time. Yes, this was exactly what we needed. They are so many choices and deals out there. This was more expensive than the rest, but they served us quickly, professionally and with no problems at all. We are pleased. We would refer them.

This is my 3rd time using Pure Clean and every time I continue to be more impressed by this company. They arrived well within their time window and again protected my hardwood floors with pads and bumpers as their machine had a ways back to reach in my house. They explained about the type of stain, what they would do to remove and since it was such a small area and they have a $150 minimum trip charge, they offered to apply protectant at no charge as the carpet was brand new and they would be removing some of the protectant by cleaning. The stains all came out and the carpet looks like new. I like that their products are natural as I have several pets. Would highly recommend them and plan to use them to clean out my air duct vents as they are adding this service in the near future.

It was very good. He was very thorough and excellent. He was very nice and everything was great. I ended up paying them more $290 to do more carpets which I am sure that was good for them. They were very professional and good customer service. They did a great job.

After carpet dried and we tried some of the product left for us to use on the stain...and still remained...we ended up recarpeting between Thanksgiving and Christmas...something I would not choose to do in the future. New carpet does look great.

I am really impressed with the time this company takes to explain the process and be responsive to your concerns. The work was done very well, the service is outstanding and Zeb came exactly when he said he would. We had the same company rescue three Turkish rugs that were stained. Did an outstanding job there too.

Excellent products and machinery. Excellent service and communication. My floors are sparkling. I did opt for the expensive sealant and they still look perfect 2 months later.

They were very professional and the only carpet cleaner that has protected my hardwood floors with mats. They explained everything they were doing and were able to get pet stains out of my carpet. My carpets looked wonderful when they were done!!

All of the carpets were cleaned well and sustained their new good looks. The man was professional, well informed, punctual and professional.

The Pureclean rep showed up on time. The job was finished per schedule. The rep was polite and professional. The carpets looked great, and stayed that way much longer than my usual Rug Doctor rental. A subsequent billing error was rectified within minutes of my phone call.

The service was fine, but when the workman arrived he came up with another $275 in charges. Again, I felt that the initial offering was a loss leader. We will probably go back to using the carpet cleaner we have used in the past as he does not show up and add a bunch of additional charges.

PureClean did a nice job. Overall our carpet was in good condition and did not need much extra care, except for two stains that we had. Both stains eventually came out, although not until several days after they finished their treatment. They did indicate that it might take a few hours for the stains to diminish, so this was not a total surprise, although it was a slower process than anticipated, so if you are trying to have a stain removed by a certain date, allow some extra time after carpet cleaning. | |They are very good self-promoters, which is important for a successful business, but not always in line with customer interests. They were fantastic at responding to follow-up concerns we had regarding our carpet, and I would definitely hire them for work again, although I found their prices to be a little steep once all the add-ons were tallied.

I purchased an Angie's List Deal for tile and grout cleaning and sealing for my sunroom and two small bathrooms. The technician was on time and very personable. After the service he showed me some areas which were still hazy in the sunroom and explained the cause and potential solutions. I would definitely recommend them.

It worked very well! They came out within a week after I purchased the deal. They offered me an optional service that I paid more money for, it was $30 for carpet protectants or something.

Loved the result and will definitely use them again.

Thoroughly cleaned the carpets, removed difficult stains and sprayed stain blocker. Best carpet cleaning ever on white carpets. They are still perfectly clean!!

The technician, Eric, arrived right on time and toured my home. I had purchased an Angie's List Deal of 3 rooms for $119, but also asked if the other rooms in the house could be cleaned. Eric said he had plenty of time to clean the whole 2650 sf. house, which would be an additional 6 rooms plus the stairs. He gave me the estimate of the cost for the extra rooms, stairs and repellant and I agreed. It was a very cold day and I was concerned about having the front door open for 2-3 hours so he carefully placed some time of filler around the door that allowed the hose into the house but filled the air gap so not too much heat escaped. He agreed that the carpets were only lightly soiled but he paid good attention to the occasional spot and was able to get all of them out. He moved light furniture out of the way and protected the hand rails of the stairs from rubbing by the hose. Eric worked hard and I was very pleased with the result. I was able to walk on the carpet in socks right away. The carpet was nearly dry in 5 hours but I let some rooms completely dry overnight before moving the furniture back. My only concern was the price, but I must emphasize that it was not a surprise because it had been explained to me in advance. Perhaps this is the usual cost for a 2650 sf. house. Each additional room (beyond the Angie's List of 3 for $119) was $65 each, the stairs were $5 each and 2 of my stairs (near the bottom) were charged as $10 each because they were wider than the typical stair. I also agreed to stain repellant in 2 rooms and that was $30 per room. My total cost for 9 rooms + 13 stairs + stain repellant for 2 rooms was $644. Thank goodness that included the Big Deal Discount because otherwise it would have been $720. Again, I am very pleased with the quality of the cleaning - it was the best - and Eric was hard at work cleaning for nearly 3 hours. I would definitely use this company again but hopefully only for smaller jobs to minimize the cost.

Eric arrived around 10:20 Wednesday morning. I had moved all the furniture that needed to be moved and vacuumed. I showed him the areas I wanted cleaned. I asked for an estimate on cleaning some diet pop stains on a full mattress and for an estimate on cleaning grout between tiles on my kitchen counter top. I told him that we were going to have the carpet replaced soon. We have nice carpet - but it is 23 years old and white. We have cats and teenagers and I am tired of cleaning spots all the time. Fresh spots are easy to remove - but by the time I see them they're often set stains. Eric told me that it would cost $80-100 to clean the spots on the mattress. I told him not to clean it - a new mattress costs about that price. He mentioned that the spots could have bacteria! He said that the carpet in our house was good quality with a good pad. That he could treat the carpet after he cleaned it for $120 and it would repel the stains better. Also that he could treat a recurring stain for $50 and guarantee that it wouldn't return. He said the recurring stain (orange juice) could have bacteria in it. I told him, again, that I didn't want to spend a lot on the carpet as we would replace it soon. He told me it would cost $12,500 to replace the carpet with carpet of the same quality. I told him no, it wouldn't. He said I'd probably never replaced carpet before. I told him, yes, I had. He said just to replace the carpet in the family room would be at least $600. He gave me an estimate for the grout. He said it would cost $300 to clean the living room, dining room and bedroom - and that he'd give me a deal and consider the living room and dining room as one area and also clean the family room. I paid him and got ready for work. I had to leave for work while he was still working. According to Parker he left soon after I did - which means he was working for less than an hour. When I came home the carpet was clean and dry. The carpet in my daughter's room looked great. The living and dining room had some faint discolorations - but the stains were gone. The small part of the family room he cleaned looked good - most of that room is covered by a large area rug, couch, entertainment center and book shelves. I was left, though, feeling unsettled. I feel I overpaid. Since I found PureClean on Angies List I didn't think I'd have to argue with someone about the services that they'd provide. I feel like Eric thought I was gullible and would be easy to manipulate into buying services I didn't want by mentioning "bacteria" and by quoting astronomical prices for replacing the carpet. I did call and talk to the receptionist yesterday about my experience with her company. She was a good listener and nice - she offered to have someone come out and look at the carpet. I don't want anyone from PureClean in my house again. She offered to have the owner call me - since he is Eric's brother I don't think that would help, either. Hopefully my experience will save others from having a similar experience. I would not recommend them to anyone!

Scheduling this wasn't easy. I tried several times through Angie's list and then called. I had to wait a while for them to have availability. The service was very good and my tile is very clean. I am very happy with the service they provided. I purchased a deal through Angie's list which I think was good but not a steal since my entry way is only 80 square feet (it would be a better deal if you had 200 sq ft of tile which is the deal max). My only complaint is they try to sell more when they arrive. I hate this and avoid businesses that do this. If the deal only includes the basic sealant please tell me this when I schedule and give me all the options for upgrading the seal at the time that I book. I can then think this over and decide vs. having to make a decision the day of. I like to compare prices and think things over. Plus, I have always felt a business that gets you in the door and then at the last minute tries to sell you more has a bit of a sleazy used cars sale man feel to it. The upgrade for the seal was not cheap. For my little area it would have been an additional $200 and that was for 3 years (deal I purchased included 1 year sealant). I would hate to hear the price for the 15 year upgrade!! All in all, I am happy with the business. Would I use them again? No, but that is just because of their sales practice to try to sell you more at the time of service practice. If that doesn't bother you then I would most definitely have them come clean your tile because they do good work.
