It went very good. They were very polite. It is a wonderful company. Eric was very customer friendly and enjoyed working with him.

Cleaning job was good, but major upsell and high price.

I am very impressed with what PureClean is able to do. They have removed stains that other companies were unable to do. They did area rugs and spot cleaned when not even asked to. In essence they go the "extra mile" to do a good and satisfying job. I recommend them without hesitation.

Best cleaning of the carpet in our family room ever. Carpet in this room had been hard to get clean in the past.

The carpet was very clean. We have ivory colored carpets and the stairs, which were especially dark from dirt, came out very clean. I was happy with the work completed. However, I thought the price was high; I've had the same carpets cleaned in the past by another company and it was half the cost.

We hired PureClean for carpet cleaning for the home we were to move in. The quality of the work was good. A few stains on the carpet were all removed, and our carpet looks clean and refreshed now. The service person was very friendly. However, I was not impressed with these things with their business: communication / punctuality / professionalism. When I scheduled the service I was told by a lady in the office that the work would be 12-2. It turned out later it was a window. The service person arrived at 3. His previous job took longer than he expected based on some miscommunication with the client. He accidentally left a necessary cleaning tool in that previous work site, and he was finally able to start cleaning close to 4. Cleaning took 2 hours, and then he had to deal with how to enter coupons in his payment system. It took another 40 min although I appreciated his effort. So, all was over close to 7. Time was extremely precious for me midst the moving preparation, so I didn't appreciate how the schedule panned out. Also, after the cleaning started the indoor air started smelling dusty, and I got dizziness & headache. I normally never have a headache. The service person worked only on the 2nd floor, and I stayed on the first floor entirely, so my guess is some kind of dust was generated from the connected motor equipment in his van that was parked right in front of an open entrance door, and filled the air on the first floor. I asked him what it could be, and he wasn't sure. My headache was severe until the following morning... Also, initially the lady in their office told me that the staircase cleaning is $5, but it turned out that it was a price per step, and since we have 17 steps we ended up with $85 versus $5 we expected. This was a miscommunication, and I wish they could have been a bit clearer. So, overall, I was satisfied with the quality of the work itself, but I'm not totally sure if I want to use their service again based on this negative experience.

PureClean cleaned a large oriental rug and treated it with stain-resist. They did a very good job and were friendly and professional. We will definitely use them again when we need similar services.

Very happy with results. They removed some stains to the kitchen rug including some that the last cleaning company did not get. They are a bit hard to find in the business park.

The area in question had some stains in it. Stains that we could not get out. They were able to remove the stains and we were very pleased with the outcome.

Was very quick and easy. I moved all the furniture out of the way.

He arrived on time, provided a thorough explanation of how the process would go and was very professional and friendly. He cleaned what we asked to be cleaned without the pushy sales gimmicks. The carpets came out very clean, and looked like new. They even accommodated us and cleaned our Motorhomes carpets too! There is no residue, just pure clean carpets...we are totally happy and will definitely use them again.

We purchased an Angie's List big deal, and had additional rugs to be cleaned as well. We brought the rugs to the facility and received an updated quote promptly. The price was competitive with other services we have used. The service provider did a great job, and we are very pleased. We will very likely use their service again in the future.

Were great with making sure no walls were dinged (wrapped my stair banisters so the hose wouldn't scrape them) and did a great job overall.

My carpet looks great! My only complaint is that they did not inform me that there was a minimum charge for my service area until they got here to clean the carpet. The coupon I purchased did not meet the minimum charge so I had to have a sealant on the carpet and pay for that extra service to meet the minimum charge. I would still use them again, but I would want to know all the charges up front.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and the person who came out did a really good job, especially the bedroom and bathroom, which were beige. He got them clean. The worst part of the experience was waiting to get it done, but I could see he was taking his time and doing it right. Their pricing was pretty normal. My bedroom and bathroom rugs were pretty bad because my husband was disabled. The person who came out was quite responsive when I had a suggestion. I just kind of stayed out of his way and he continued and did a good job. He was right on time and very professional.

I used to use the Rug doctor which was an all day event , multiple passes and lots of refilling and dumping the water tank. then it would take 4-5 days to dry. Now Pure Clean is in & out in 1-1/2 hrs and I can move my furniture back into the room within hours. Will definitely use them again!

This company is the best. Our carpeting has never been cleaned so well. Peter was well mannered, well dressed, well educated, speaks English, and very thorough in explaining everything. All costs were right up front. No surprises. The price was not cheap, one of the highest, but you get what you pay for. Peter did all the necessary pretreating and removed stains that were thought to be permanent, even that black soot-like stuff that comes up through the seams. Pet stains GONE! I can't rave enough about this company. Good job, Peter!
