The carpeting looks beautiful. It took a couple hours while I sat on my back porch and read. The young man who cleaned was very nice and got right to work. The house doesn't have any strong detergent odor, just is fresh!

I emailed the company on the weekend with some questions about the deal and got answers back on a SUNDAY from Brandy. She answered my questions and we scheduled a time to bring the rug in (that was part of the deal - they also pick up/deliver). The rug was cleaned in a few days and we picked it up. They were very customer focused and did a great job with the rug. Would definitely use them again!

I would highly recommend this company. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and prompt. Took extensive care for my moldings, walls and other flooring as the cleaning process took place.

Jeremy was punctual, very friendly, very informative and helpful in explaining my options. He didn't try to sell me on the extras, but I wanted to know everything that I could have done. He told me what to expect and then he did his work. The fact that this companies equipment allows a much hotter steam clean is very helpful in getting the carpets much cleaner. Also, the process of setting up my appointment was very easy and they were able to do the job within a week of my contacting them.

Setting up the appointment was easy. They called to confirm the appt the day before and called me the day of to let me know when they were on their way. They were a bit late but they had called and let me know. We walked through the house and negotiated what could be cleaned based on what I was willing to pay and went over the various types of cleaning offered. Everything was done quickly and the carpet looks great! Very professional and nice. Would recommend and will use again.

We are super happy with PureClean. Eric showed up on time. He is super friendly, knowledgable and patient. He went throught the whole house before the service, gave me some great suggestions for different conditions and future care. He worked non stop and did an excellent job for us. The carpet dries very fast and look really great. We will definitely use them again in the future.

The grout in the main bathroom was quite dirty and the tile wasn't very shiny anymore. Eric got the grout totally cleaned and looking like new and the sealer he put on restored the shine. The floor looks beautiful again. The other bathroom wasn't as bad but there was some mold in the grout that he removed so that all looks great again too. He took my rugs in for a "rug bath" which they do at their facility. I will update this when i get them back. He assured me they will look like new so we will see. One of the rugs is a runner that I had in the kitchen. It was really quite dirty and I was going to throw it away so if it does indeed come back looking like new i will be very impressed.

Brandon came over on time to help steam clean the carpet in my home. He put some protection pads on the places that could be scratched by the long water hose connected with his huge van in front of my home. The job was nicely done. The carpet is not only much cleaner than before, but also having a light scent now.. I will ask PureClean for carpet cleaning again in the future.

It was fine. There were no additional fees. I don’t recall any problems.

Brandon was running late but called to let me know. He was personable and very energetic even though it was early evening and I was his last job for the day. He worked very hard on stains and spots I had mentioned and the results were great! I've never had such a good experience with a carpet cleaning company before and I will not use anybody else again!

It was great. I paid more than the offer because I had them do extra work or I think our rug was bigger. They were nice. I went there on a lunch break and the front door was locked. I went at the back door and they responded to me. The price was reasonable. They were honest. They sent an email right after I bought the deal.

they did a perfect job! it LOOKS LIKE NEW. All rolled up in a plastic bag for pickup was a nice touch being this is such a big rug.

They got to work right away and protected our entryway. They started on the rooms upstairs and our staircase was awful. Especially the few stairs that went to our lower level. We were just amazed at how clean they were able to get them. Our family room and dining room were done last and we were very happy with their work. Peter, and Eric did a wonderful job. They also cleaned and sanitized an overstuffed recliner we have and what the Grandkids fight over when they come over. So, I was happy that got done. I will never use another carpet cleaner. We were very satisfied. Way to go, PureClean.

It went very well. He's helpful, professional and friendly. The carpet looks amazing. I did ask them to come back out to treat and get rid of the smell. They're careful, prompt and there's no problem. The carpet was taken care of and is great. I would definitely use and recommend them.

Zeb and Brandon arrived at my home right on time (Thank You!). Their appearance and demeanor was very professional and friendly. We walked through the house at the beginning of the visit and discussed all problem areas including pet urine and cola stains. Zeb was very knowledgable and explained the entire process. He provided me with recommendations but never made me feel pressured to buy additional services. Zeb and Brandon worked very hard and completed the entire cleaning and application of protectant in approximately 2.5 hours. My carpets look BEAUTIFUL and the house smells clean with no overpowering chemical smell. I would definately recommend this company and I am planning to call on them to clean my air ducts & wood floors.

Pure Clean was very specific on what they could, and could not do, as part of the deal I purchased from Angie's list to refinish up to 200 sq feet of hardwood floor for $299. Up front they specified that their service would not remove any deep stains, gouges, or scrapes from the floor. The representative arrived on site in a timely basis, and we experienced very good communication before, during, and after the job. I, as the homeowner, was not able to be onsite the day of service, but they worked with me and my representative to communicate the amount of time the floor would need to remain undisturbed after the job for optimal results, and when it would be safe to allow pet traffic through the area. When I returned home I was pleasantly surprised. The service exceeded my expectations. There were a couple of stains on the floor, but after 15+ years with kids and pets, some wear is to be expected on the main entryway of a home. One of the marks was actually removed by the service, the remaining marks while not removed were reduced, and the new coating on the floor is excellent. The only cleanup we had to do was return the furnace vent and furniture and remove the masking tape at the edge of the area once the coating dried. Cleanup took 2 minutes, max. I would definitely work with Pure Clean again, and have already recommend them to a co-worker.

The quality of the work was very good, but the price was a bit steep for the area done and there was some confusion about arrival times.
