Excellent experience. I called on Tuesday and they came out that Friday, reviewed their recommended service, provided a quote and did the work, all in about 1 1/2 hours. The carpet looks great! Stephen was very professional, personable and passionate. I recommend them.

This is the 2nd time I've used Pure Clean....the service person was extremely friendly and professional. It had been over 6 months since the carpet had been cleaned and since we live in a wooded area it''s easy to get soiled especially with all the rain we get. We did a walk through of the areas to be cleaned and he went to work. He was very thorough and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Pure Clean Carpet Cleaners.......Unlike some other carpet cleaners, my carpets were dry after a few hours which is good for the carpets and padding! Best of all my carpeting looks brand new again.....

This was the second (or third?) time they have cleaned our carpets, and they do a great job. The carpet really looks good when they are finished, and it stays clean looking. Our carpets are 15 years old, and after some remodeling we thought we would have to replace the carpet in our family room, but PureClean was able to make it look good enough that we decided to wait to replace it.

Peter came on time, was very professional and thorough. Cleaned 4 rooms and 15 step stairs. Protected my entrance and walls from the hose. Left everything clean. I appreciate that the prices quoted on the phone were accurate. I wish it was less expensive, but found it fair due to the quality of service.

They were fine. There were no problems. It didn’t look much better though.

PureClean did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets. They removed the stains from very light beige carpet (almost white), and the very few that remained were hardly visible. There were some bad stains before they started (the color of the carpet shows every possible mark on it), and after PureClean was finished it looked like new even though it was over 20 years old! It did not smell bad either; previous carpet cleaning left a chemical smell for days, and when PureClean cleaned the carpet this did not happen. The technician, Peter, was very nice to work with, and was very attentive to what needed to be accomplished. He worked very hard to get everything just right. Thanks for the good work. I would recommend PureClean to anybody needing carpet cleaning.

It went well but I guess I thought the carpets would look better afterwards. Overall they were courteous and prompt.

This company is fantastic! I have had such good customer service over and beyond what I would expect. I have an older male cat that decided to start urinating on the carpet instead of the litter box - they have come out twice so far. One for a very deep clean of all the basement carpets and to assess the situation. I didn't know that my cat was urinating on the carpet until they tested the carpet pad near where the smell was and found urine crystals because the carpet felt dry. They did a super deep clean of that area and the smell was gone but then my cat peed again that afternoon and I couldn't' keep him away. They came out again when I requested they replace the pad underneath and clean carpet again. Eric instead suggested using a different enzyme product so that I wasn't spending a lot of money until we figure out what was going on with my cat. He also took a small piece of the carpet and pad with him to get a quote for just replacing the one strip of carpet instead all of it. He has always been super prompt, very professional, and very nice. I highly recommend this company. We will be calling them again to replace our carpet and pad once our cat moves on (we just found out he has a terminal illness).

Pure Clean called me to give me an ETA the morning of the appointment, showed up 10 minutes early, greeted me with a smile and a handshake, dressed very nice, and not in a big hurry. He took the time to walk my house so I could show him where to clean, a few spots I was concerned about that no one had been able to remove, and he said he would really try to do so. He got right to work and was at my house for over an hour. When it was done, he gave me clear instructions when it would be ok to put down my furniture that I had removed (chairs, side tables etc) and if I had some fans, which I did, to set them up as it would help dry the carpets faster ( it was a coldish, drizzly day). I left for work when he left, and when I got home 5 hrs. later, all was completely dry. My carpets have NEVER LOOKED BETTER and he was able to remove ALL the stains I was concerned about. I am so happy!!! I was considering replacing my carpets next year (installed in 2005) , but now I know I'm ok for a few years more at least. The couches came out equally clean and look new again (no more pets!). The cleaning process that they use is the difference and it was worth a bit extra (not much extra!) to have Pure Clean. I never use cheap carpet cleaners either, as I have a cleaning company and rental houses, and I'm really picky! Overall, love this company and they have already done one of my rentals and will do others as they come up for lease. I know there are many carpet cleaning companies out there, and I have used all the 'good' and 'green' companies in the past, Pure Clean blew past them all.

The company and it's staff went out of their way at every step. The coupon called for me to drop-off the carpet at their plant. When I needed to put it in my pick-up, it took 2 people to carry it out. When the owner offered to help me carry it into his plant, I readily agreed. His idea of help was to just pick the rug up and carry it into the plant. Most impressive. About 10 days latter, they called me and said that the rug was done. Do to n illness, I asked them to delay the pick-up. Without any prompting, They arranged to bring it to my home, and helped me re-lay it in my living room. These people couldn't have been nicer.

Pretty trouble-free. They were on time and were courteous.

Excellent experience. The technician was knowledgeable, outgoing, and efficient. I am going to be using PureClean again in October for another house - they were that good.

I was very happy with the overall cleaning and prompt service by Pure Clean. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them to friends/family.

It went very well. He explained about the process and was meticulous about setting up his equipment before starting. Once he started, he moved at a steady pace beginning with the room farthest from our front door. It did dry much faster then the last time we had it cleaned by someone else. I looked at everything today and it is much brighter all around. The bedroom which has the most wear looked so much better today, too. I highly recommend their service!

Overall very well. The carpets cleaned look very nice after the services were completed. The Pureclean Technician (Peter) was efficient, called in advance to detail a delay in the scheduled appointment time due to another customers larger project and went straight to work. He left my home clean and made great efforts.

The young man was very nice but I did not get the result I was looking for.

They were good. They are worth the money. The representative who came out was very knowledgeable regarding cleaning and he was very professional and helpful. He also helped me to cut cost on certain things that I required. So he did a combination of things that cut the cost.

Our medium sized terrier had let loose on the landing of our staircase right on our 2 yr old SmartStrand carpeting on a sealed cell pad, for which she has been banished from the upstairs. We tried shampooing using our Hoover but the smell was just not going away so we thought it would be worth trying PureClean. The rep showed up on time and was courteous and friendly. We paid extra for the pet deodorizing treatment and had hoped that it would take care of the smell. Immediately after the rep left the smell was seemed almost gone and we thought all that was there was the remnants of the odor which would fade away. Instead, as the carpeting finished drying, after the next sunny day the odor was back and still fairly noticeable. The carpeting looks clean and fine but the main reason we ordered the service and paid for the extras was to address the urine stench on the landing and these folks did not do the job.

Before cleaning the carpets, Peter consulted with me. I told him the carpets hadn't been cleaned in over 5 years. The carpets were terribly soiled, had spots, and the stairs had residue of dirt on the edges from the last carpet cleaners when I had the carpet cleaned years ago. Peter had listened to my concerns and did a great job on the carpets and stairs. I will have him to come back to do my carpets again. I have gone through several carpet cleaners, but never have I experienced great carpet cleaning like PureClean. I read them on Angies List and received a flyer in the newspaper and from my husband, and I told my husband that this is the company I want to have our carpets cleaned. I'm so glad I wasn't persuaded by other carpet cleaners. I had a carpet company call me the day before my PureClean appointment, and had asked me "don't you want a competitive bid," and I told him "No." The others may be cheaper, but I wasn't going to take a chance. Like the saying goes, you pay for what you get. I give PureClean an "A" rating." I'm so glad I went the extra mile to have them clean the carpets even though I had to wait for the carpets to dry. At least the weather was hot and it dried faster than if it was cooler. I am a very satisfied customer and will use them again.

Thorough professional job on time

The service was excellent! We got a phone call about 2 hours ahead of time saying that they were ahead of schedule and that if we wanted they could come out early, which worked great with our schedule! They arrived just a few minutes after the phone call. They came in and assessed what we wanted to have done, which was clean the carpets in three areas, now, this is carpet that is 7 years old and has never been cleaned and has some pet markings and even some black grease spots. They let us decide what package we wanted, no pressure at all and once we decided what we wanted done exactly they got to work right away, putting up protection around the house so that nothing got damaged. They took about an hour to clean the carpet and when they were done it looked brand new and was practically dry! I was very very happy with the results. They also gave me a bottle of spray cleaner to use if any stains happen again. I will definitely use them again. Very very happy with the service.

Brandon was on time and very professional. Since our carpets had not been cleaned in over 3 years we opted for the deep clean service. Our carpets were hardly stained but we have a dog who sheds. In addition i was looking for a service that used hyper allergenic products and did not use synthetic chemicals. Our carpets have never been cleaner. I can really tell the difference between conventional cleaning companies and Pure Clean. The pile is more plush, no oily left over feeling and it took only 3 to 4 hours to completely dry.

Eric showed up on time,we talked about what I expected from the service. I understood that not all scratches would be taken care of but most would . After several hours of dry time, the floors look great, there are some scratches left but not nearly as before. We are very pleased and will have them back for our formal living room.
