The service was good. They were on time and did a good service. Everything went well. It was just one guy that came out. They came out probably a week after we purchased the Big Deal. There were no problems with scheduling. They were flexible and came when we needed them. There were more charges other than the $99 Big Deal because we had additional work. We had pet stuff, treatments, stairs, and upholstery. So, there were add-on services. Our experience with them was good. We would recommend them. They were very professional and they stayed late to do extra.

Workers arrived exactly on time and was very professional. He carefully examined the entire floor, explained theprocess and what our expectations should be. We discussed the price, half the cost of sanding and then he began to do a thorough cleaning of the floor. After a short period to allow the floor to dry he placed a new clear coat of over the floor. After he the clear coat dried it looked great! We're very happy and would use them again.

Reason for B on Quality - First cleaning wasn't effective, spots and tracks were still very apparent (Grade D). I called the company and they sent someone within days to redo the job - second run at it left us with very clean carpets (Grade A). I was immpressed with the customer service and thoroughness of the 2nd technicial that came.

Eric fro Pure Clean was prompt, professional, explaining their processes and completing the work in short order. The carpets look like they were just installed, but they are 10-15 years old. The cost was reasonable, particularly with the Angie's discount. We recommend them without hesitation.

We?re very satisfied with Pure Clean?s work and would use them again. Brandon arrived at our home on time and was friendly, courteous, and communicative. We needed two mattresses cleaned (our cat was apparently mad that we?d gone on vacation without her), and he thoroughly inspected them and asked questions to determine the best treatment. He explained how the process worked and gave us a quote and explained the costs. Great customer service, green products used, and?good news!?the mattresses look and smell great and the cat hasn?t used them as her litter box since.

It went fine. They did a good job cleaning the rugs. The turnaround on it was as scheduled. It all worked well. There was no additional charge. I delivered the rugs to their location. I got the rugs back in less than a week.

Easy to schedule and was called a hour before arrival to let me know they were coming. Walked the area to be cleaned and noted spots. Used large fans and carpet dried very fast. Nice professional serviceman.

They did a terrific job. We had the living room and bedroom’s carpets clean. We were very satisfied. We even recommend them to our friends too. Their quality of work was outstanding and their price was competitive.

It was very expensive . I paid $860. It was 1 person job and took approx 4 hours, but I was not there all the time. I made a payment and came back after the job was done. So I am not sure what the real work hour was. By the price they were asking for, I was expecting more professional result. It was disappointing. I think the result was nothing better than I hire general cleaning company such as Molly Maid or the Maid etc...which would have charged less than $200. There were many grout lines still not clean. The technician said it is because the sealing is not dry yet. But It was not because of that. The color did not go away after a few days. I tried to scrub and the color a little bit went away, so it was just not cleaned enough. Overall it was way overcharged for the result. I emailed the customer service but they did not reply. Today I noticed they are offering $233 for 300 sqft tile and grout cleaning in this Angie's list. Actually they know what their service worth. In reality, even $233 maybe too expensive for what they can do. I recommend not to use this company for professional tile cleaning. I will have to call another company pretty soon.

The gentleman was friendly, but the price was outraged. He said they are the most expensive carpet company in the area. I did not use their services, had the carpet cleaned by another company same afternoon for less than a half of their bid.

This is the second time I've used this company and both times I was impressed by their excellent customer service and professionalism. Not to mention my carpets look fantastic! I have two active kids and a dog, and my carpets take a beating throughout the year. These guys work hard to make them look like new. They might be a bit more expensive, but the result is worth the minor cost difference.

This rug cleaning company was no worse nor better than several that I have had come clean my carpets. Just like all the others, their original quoted price is just for cleaning and then when they come they try to sell you a finishing solution for an additional cost that will repel future dirt. I have gone both ways in the past with other companies and have never noticed a difference in how fast the carpet gets dirty again, so I declined the finishing solution. We have no pets and no kids at home but it had been a few years since we had the carpets cleaned and so there was noticeable dirty discoloration in the areas we use most. Although they use the special water for the injection/vacuum, they seem to use a similiar slightly scented pre-soaking solution as other companies. I was a little taken aback when asked me to provide the aluminum foil and fold it into protective covers to go under our dining room table and living room couch feet although the cleaner put most of them in place. I was also asked to provide a rag to wipe up the wood flooring next to the carpets that were cleaned and got understandably wet during the process. Other companies have come prepared with their own supplies. The carpets definitely are cleaner but not necessarily "wow" cleaner as many claim. There were several dirt spots (small 1/2" dots) that remained, just like with other companies that I have used. I used Folex to clean up those and the carpets look pretty good. The gentleman who cleaned my carpets was punctual and extremely friendly.

This is the 2nd time I have used Pure Clean. They are a very professional company and a pleasure to work with.

The pure clean guy showed up on time and finished within 90 minutes. He was very professional and carefully listened to my concerns about the carpet. My family doesn't like scented cleaners and they had no problem avoiding the use of scented cleaners. He warned me that the pet stains might come back and they could come back to do a subsurface cleaning but that it would be extra. All in all they did an excellent job. I'd definitely use them again.

Pure Clean did a fantastic job! I have an asthmatic cat and I contacted them because I wanted a service that doesn't use chemicals. As an extra benefit their system appears to have pulled the drywall dust out of the carpet that was making her very sick. She hasn't had a major attack since Pure Clean serviced my home. Also, this is wall to wall carpeting that was in the house when I purchased it in 2005. I haven't no idea how old it is but it has certainly never looked cleaner than it does now. You can believe I'll use these folks again!

I have used Pure Clean Carpet Cleaning 3 times, the last being today, and the results are perfect! The young man was very informative about the spots on the carpet and how well or not well they may come out and to my amazement they all disappeared. (Previous carpet cleaners removed spots which then reappeared within a short time, this never happened with Pure Clean) Their method does not leave the carpet as wet as others, matter of fact I could walk on it without leaving footprints, it was only damp. I was told how different color carpets wear and show wear when getting worn down and it was suggested that when I do get new carpeting (as the one I have is 15 yrs old and of the cheapest the builder installed), a carpet with flecks of color would not show the wear as much as a solid color. I will use this company again, and the product they use.
