Because of poor original installation, our living room/dining room carpet buckled badly and needed to be restretched. A friend told me that a friend of hers had just had this done and was very happy so I asked for the service provider's name. His name is John Griswold. John returned my call promptly and we were able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days for him to come look at what was needed and provide an estimate. On the scheduled day, he called to say he was on his way and arrived very promptly on time. The estimate was given quickly as it was apparent what was needed, and John said he could actually do the work right then! So we moved some furniture and he got to work. It took a couple of hours but it looks SO much better and will increase the life of the carpet. I was very pleased that he was able to get it done as we had been sort of dreading how much it might cost or how much trouble it would be to schedule appointments, etc. This was pleasantly easy with a GREAT result.
Description of Work: He restretched our great room wall-to-wall carpeting.
