I had the upper portion of my Wayne Dalton 16' garage door replaced and my Genie garage door opener reattached. Installer even made sure the tracks were properly aligned and lubricated all the moving parts. Installer was very professional, knowledgeable and prompt. The whole job took less than an hour and my garage door opener has never run smoother. I had a great experience with this company and would recommend them to anyone looking to repair or install a garage door.

they came out to give us an estimate on replacing tour garage door but never sent us the estimate and never responded to our calls...

Called in the afternoon the day before and he has there first job in the morning. Finished within the estimated time and the door works great.

Not canceling was my fault. I called them to ask if they would be generous and reduce the amount. They dropped it to $35.00. I'd say that was a fair and nice thing to do, and I appreciate it. I would use them in the future.

I called to get an estimate and I must have called right before the lunch hour because the gentleman was very distant and he could have cared less about what I told him. He told me that he would get back to me and hung up on me but I never heard back from them. I was disappointed in the company.

They were fabulous, prompt and courteous, and I would rate them highly. The price was reasonable. I am actually going to call them back and use them again.

Obtained 3 bids for the work. Cressy was the least expensive and did a very good job.

A Cressy employee came out and estimated and checked that the door I picked would work my house. Then when the door arrived they sent someone out who installed. They were good about working around my work time. I needed a new garage door opener and I picked that out myself and they installed it. They seemed very experienced and knowledgeable.

We had backed our truck into the garage door, caving in the bottom two panels. Cressy sent someone out to evaluate the damage. They told us they could either repair the damaged panels, or replace the entire thing. They said the cost of either procedure would be about the same. We chose to replace the entire door. They measured and gave us an estimate via email. We gave them half the cost up front, after which they ordered the new door. When it came in, they delivered it to us and made an appointment to do the actual installation. The delay was because we were responsible for painting it whatever color we wanted, which they recommended be done prior to installation. They gave us about 5 days to complete the painting, then returned and installed the door.

The staff were prompt, thorough, courteous, and the doors are a significant improvement. I'm very pleased, and would recommend the company and the product highly.

On time and on budget. We were given information to research the type of doors style, color, etc. that we wanted. We chose the door, received the quote with days, and scheduled the install. The sensors on the large door had problems, but the rep. came out immediately to fix the problem.

They were awesome. He told me I really needed a new garage door, and I could see he was right but then he agreed to just fix it and let me get on with my day.

Everything went according to plan--one glitch was the rubber insert was stuck and they came out and immediately fixed it.

They told us they would show up at a certain time, but they were 15 minutes late. At that point, I called them to see if they were coming and I was told that "15 minutes is not late, sir". They did show up a total of 40 minutes late. They did not apologize. The tech seemed very indifferent. He told me matter-of-factly that he would have to cover the door to the attic in order to put in the garage door in without offering any other suggestions. I told him this wouldn't be possible, so he told me that it wouldn't be possible to put the door in. I then called the company and they offered suggestions about what do to. The other door was broken, but the tech did not seem to want anything to do with fixing the other door. He told me that he was there to replace a door and that was it.

The installation of the new opener was fine, and the technician did a good job. I am very happy with that part. I called Cressy on 4/5/06, and although several ads in the phone book advertised ''same day service,'' Cressy couldn't make it out for six days. That didn't bother me since this was not an emergency. However, I was told the installer would be out between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. and he didn't get to our house until 11:45. Also, no one notified me he would be late. I had to call to find out what was going on.

This company was very good. They were very timely in responding when our old doors broke. Their price seemed very competitive and the product is excellant.

CRESSY DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB. THEY WERE ABLE TO FIND THE CORRECT DOOR PANEL FOR AN OLD GARAGE DOOR. THEY WEND BEHOND SCOPED OF WORK BY ALIGNING DOOR AND TUNING GARAGE DOOR OPENER.

THE PRIMARY REASON FOR SELECTING THEM WAS BECAUSE THEY WERE ABLE TO GIVE ME A VERY REASONABLE PRICE FOR THE INSTALLATION. THEY WERE ONLY GOING TO CHARGE ME A PARTIAL AMOUNT FOR THE PARTLY INSTALLED DOOR. THEY SHOWED UP PROMPTLY AND DID THE WORK WELL. I NEED TO MAKE A MINOR ADJUSTMENT TO ONE OF THEIR INSTALLATIONS. IT IS NOT A MAJOR THING BUT SOMETHING I WISH THEY WOULD HAVE DONE CORRECTLY.

SALESMEN WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL IN CHOOSING WHAT WE NEEDED. WORKERS WERE EFFICIENT AND DID GOOD WORK. RESPONSIVE WHEN THERE WAS A MIX-UP WITH THE KEYS.

CRESSY DOOR COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL, WORKED EFFICIENTLY, EVALUATED THE PROBLEM AND WERE ABLE TO FIX OUR PROBLEM VERY FAST. THEY WERE ALSO VERY REASONABLE IN THEIR RATES.

GOOD, KNOWLEGABLE STAFF. WE HAVE USED THEM ON OTHER OCCASIONS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. IN ONE CASE HAVE CORRECTLY IDENTIFIED FAULTY WORK BY A PREVIOUS COMPANY AND FIXED THE PROBLEM.

THEY CAME ON AN EMERGENCY SERVICE WHICH WAS GREAT. THEY WERE ON TIME. ARRIVING WITHIN ONE HOUR. I APPRECIATE THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND FRIENDLINESS.
