I had found some excellent ratings for this company and they did provide an excellent service. I had been referred to other companies that could manage the refinancing but today so many seem to want to handle all this online. My situation was more complex. So to work only online, it looks like refinancing is not possible. Once you see me in person with all my documents all is possible. Steven Fujita interviewed me and looked at my documents and he gave me the impression that actually the refinancing of my home would be easy which was not what I was told by my online contacts. He was very efficient and I also worked with Angie Rodriguez who was very helpful. Everything was explained to me. Both Steven and Angie guided me through the entire process. It did take over a month to get all this done but I felt that the whole process was well managed and efficient. And some delays occurred due to my vacation time and complex work schedule. The cost of service is estimated and the transaction for payment of this was very painless. Refinancing and mortgages are difficult concepts for me to understand, but Steven explained everything very well to me. Beyond the office visits, their online communication was very thorough and prompt. I was never lost or left without explanations. I would definitely consider them again if I want to refinance in the future.
