This is the second time I've called Sound Gutters. The owner is very helpful and gets his workers out to my house promptly. He follows up.

Besides being a little over an hour late, and not being able to access the gutters or skylight, they did a great job. The windows that they did look great - they did both the inside and the outside of all the windows in my townhouse. My suggestion to folks looking to hire them for these services would be to describe in detail the level of accessibility of your home (my townhouse is in a Seattle neighborhood, and not easily accessed). I would have had them bring out their 2-man team, but if you've got a big house that is accessible, Greg will do a great job on your windows. I will be hiring their 2-man team to complete the rest of my townhouse sometime this week.

Arrived on Friday to clean the gutters and provide an estimate for moss removal on our 2700 sqft house. Moss was extensive so they came back Monday. Spent 4+ hours cleaning out a ton of stuff from the gutters (plants were growing) and removing moss with brushes followed by treatment with a granular product. Answered all our questions and worked hard. Cleanup was great, even washed one of our windows that got dirty while removing moss. Like that they didn't powerwash the moss off which from what I understand can damage the roof.

They were very prompt getting back to me as well as showing up. The guys who came out to clean were very courteous and worked very efficiently. Towards the end there was a somewhat of a lack of attention to detail, however. Some of the screens were not installed properly towards the end as well.

After the first year, I e-mailed the owner ask if they would clean our windows? He said "they would be happy to". I explained to the owner I have a hearing problem and does most of my corresponding by e-mail he said no problem. Now he e-mails me around the same time each year, we set up an appointment and they come out as schedule right on time and go to work. Clean and reliable. The homeowners are very happy with the work.

He is someone I trust. I left him in my house last time to go get my son and he just locked the house when he left. He is trustworthy and great.

I got the service within 3 days of my call. Two men came out (the owner being one of them) on time and went straight to work. I was pleased with the job on my roof and gutter cleaning. The windows are great even though I just requested the outside done. I would recommend this company.

I plan to hire this company again. Service provider is very pleasant, the work was done quickly and well; work was not sloppy. I made the appointment several weeks earlier and did call him to confirm the appointment and he returned the call. I've had bad luck with some window washers not showing up so I was a bit concerned but all went well.

We usually call him and set up a time a couple weeks in advance. He comes and finishes the windows of a 3000 sq. ft. home in four or five hours. If he cleans the gutters, he does this first and leaves no mess. He's extremely efficient and personable. Our only less-than-stellar experience is most recently when Matt Dauble (the owner) himself didn't do the job. His employee, Mark, did our most recent cleaning, and his quality is not nearly as good as Matt's. Mark left streaks and drip marks on some windows, and only reminded us of what a wonderful job Matt did.

I went into their web site on a Saturday and left a note to call about an estimate. I received a call on Sunday and was given an estimate. I was able to have someone two days later - Tuesday for my windows and skylights done inside and out. He was very professional and liked my dog. He was efficient and fast. He told me ahead of time that he would leave for home to eat lunch and would return to do the inside windows at that time. He was very good about not leaving any dirt behind and wearing clean flip flops for inside my house.

Matt and his assistant arrived punctually and worked diligently. The cost exceeded their estimate because the job was more than could be explained online. They did a very conscientious job on both windows and gutters.

He did both the inside and the outside of the windows on the. He did the upstairs and downstairs. He got them really clean and did in an insanely fast amount of time. He got it done. No drip marks and if he did he cleaned it up. He is very tidy. It was so nice to be able to see my windows cleaned.

I asked him to wash my windows twice a year, He'll call in June.

Matt does a super job for a fair price. The windows are always sparkling clean. He is efficient and conscientious - for example, he always puts on shoe covers when doing interior windows. No worries about having him in the house. He is responsive and punctual, and can usually schedule the work within a week. I cannot say enough about the quality of his work and his professionalism.
