 + -1 moreI tried to open up an account, they initially told me I needed mail from the brand new building I had just moved into. I returned and was put in the queue to wait for a banking assistant. Five people came in after me, three were waited on and completed before they dealt with me, a long time to open up an account. I returned about a month later to deposit a large check into my account and they took over an hour to get it deposited as they have no walk up tellers. I forgot my ATM 4 digit code and they kept referring me back to the 1-800 card services number which refused to accept my date of birth, including when one of the assistants tried,and kept referring me back to the local branch. Very dissapointed, a walk up teller could have made this deposit in under five minutes. The staff tried to help but were unsuccessful for over an hour.
Description of Work: Tried to open a credit union checking and savings account. The teaser rate was $25.00 to open one up

 + -1 moreTHEY HAVE BEEN EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY ARE CARING AND EXPLAIN THINGS WELL. I WAS AMAZED THAT, EVEN WITH THE DISTANCE BETWEEN US, THEY WERE SO VERY COURTEOUS.
