Scott was great! He was thorough, professional, fast, punctual, was great on the phone and in person, and really knew what he was talking about. He even pointed out other things we needed to do related to the repair job that we hadn't noticed before. His bid was a bit high for us but we would readily consider calling him again for other work. Overall, a great experience with him.

Unlike most contractors, he actually picks up his phone when you call him. He came right over when we called him and explained to us exactly what was going on at all times. He picked up materials for the workers so they didn't have to leave the work site.

Scott and his crew are very profession and exceptionally responsive. When my basement flooded during one of Seattle's regular winter storms, he was there the same day after a phone call. We were out-of-town, but he came by and took care of everything from pulling up tiles, draining the water, putting down the tiles and making all repairs to the drywall and baseboards. He also suggested options (sump pump install, better roof cover, etc) to prevent the need to do this again. Exceptional service, always answers his phone when you call, and shows up when you need him every time. His subcontractors seem to have been with him forever and produce top quality work. I highly recommend his service.
