They thought this company was extremely reasonable. They were pleased with the amount of money, quick response and the person who came out. I will hire this company for my clients again in the future.

We had water in our basement Sunday night and we called O'Neill Plumbing first thing Monday AM. They promptly sent one of their plumbers, Pat (he arrived within an hour of the call). He worked two hours cleared the problem and fixed a minor issue with had with a tub gasket. Great and prompt service.

The entire experience with ONeill's was outstanding. The person who scheduled the appointment was great, and the plumber could not have been more professional and respectful. I recommend ONeills for all your plumbing needs.

He was prompt, on time, and knew what he was doing. They were very reasonable. Their workmanship was excellent. The plumber that came to do the work is the best.

O'Neill's came out to fix a problem of a leak in the pipes from the kitchen disposal. Another company had come out to previously fix the leak and we ended up replacing the disposal (which needed replacing) and pipes. A short time later the leak returned (the other company was notified in writing and the only thing we received was a coupon for future service) so we tried tightening the rings but couldn't. O'Neill's came out and explained what needed to be done and why and completed the work very efficiently. Thanks Ken. He replaced the metal pipes with plastic (which should have been used in the beginning) so should we ever have a problem we can fix it ourselves. He explained that when the kitchen had been remodeled the company that did it never repiped for the deep sink that was installed and that we ended up with a reverse trap which was causing our problems. He also told us what it would take to alleviate the problem entirely. The other company also explained this but they said it would be more extensive and more expensive to fix. We will look in to this in the future and definitely go back to O'Neill's. The overall price for this fix would have been a little bit more but we were able to use a coupon that was available on their website.

For the toilet issue they removed them from the floor, checked everything out and made sure the sewage line wasn't backed up to the streets, replaced a few parts and they were just great. He was here for a decent amount of time. They honored a coupon that was off their web site that wasn't necessarily specific to this work but he felt like it was the right thing to do. They did the same thing with a coupon for the previous times. Both times I was amazed with what I ended up paying.

I needed to have my main clean-out cleared, due to laundry water bubbling up in my kitchen sink. The complication was that the (outdoor) plug had been painted shut for over 25 years. John cut off enough of the pipe to extract the plug, cleared the pipe, then put in a new pvc plug. He also checked under the house to make sure he had not caused any leaks in my old pipes. Now everything is draining as it should. John was very polite, friendly, and professional. My only tiny complaint is that I had requested a 9 am appointment and he arrived at 8am. I guess that's their standard start time for the day and he had not gotten the message to come at 9. They have a $30 off coupon for Angie's List users, so I only paid $73 plus tax for what would otherwise have been a $103 + tax job. Overall, I was very pleased and would use O'Neill Plumbing again in a heartbeat.

Ken was here 1 1/2 hours and did an excellent job repairing the different items we needed fixed. We really appreciated the $30 coupon they offered on Angie's List.

Called O'Neill because they have done good work for me before. Peter Butzerin came out and explained what was wrong - and also provided a number of other helpful tips about shutting the water off, best materials to use, correct installation of new stuff, and so on -- I always appreciate it when someone explains these things! He got the work done quickly and I have had no issues since -- I really do think these guys know their stuff and though I know it's costly to have work done I do have the confidence things are done right.

Their price was really high. I was willing to pay that price because they really did well on everything. They were good in quality and professionalism. They were terrific. I would use them again in the future.

The leak leading to the downstairs was not caught by O'Neill in their original estimate, however I decided to go with O'Neill instead. They arrived on time, were polite - even with me watching them and actually ate lunch at the house instead of taking an extra hour or so to go out to eat. I was very pleased with the job. I had to call them back out due to one pipe had not been tightened enough, but they were right back out the day after I called. Professional job, would use again and recommend.

We couldn't have asked for better service and will call them for any future plumbing needs.

At approx. 48 feet and than another one at 60 feet. He couldn't get trough with the 3" blade at first so he tried with a smaller one to penetrate, and than followed with the wider one again. Finally we cleared, He tried to stay within an hour, but because he had to switch blades twice and finally go 100 feet, he logged 1.5 hours.

From the start, they did a professional job. They were in the middle of the pack for pricing. But they did a super job of trying to do the least amount of changes to existing dry wall and ceilings. They did a very professional job. They were flexible and super to work with. I would have them do additional plumbing jobs.

Excellent. Dale did a great job of diagnosing the problem and we had to replace the water heater. Although I went with a different contractor for the water heater I feel I got excellent service and value for the price I paid. I also got an Angie's list discount.

When they dug from the home to the street and replaced the pipe, you couldn't even tell when they covered the hole. They were nice people too and didn't rush with the payment. Very professional. Cleaned up nicely.

I called in the morning and Pat (who was fantastic) came out 6 hours later. He assessed the situation and solved the problem quickly - he had a little difficulty with my plumbing (old house) but he perservered until he got it cleaned out. He double checked to make sure everything was okay.

Overall, we are very pleased with O'Neill's work. The highlight of their efforts was the exterior excavation; the crew who worked in our yard was very friendly, professional and highly skilled. They had to dig down more than 10 feet to locate the sewer stub, but they shored and marked the excavation so it was safe and secure for neighbors and their pets. They were able to save the majority of our plants and replanted them after the whole was refilled. We think the yard looks better than it did before! Inside, the results were also good, but only after a frustrating number of modifications and repeat visits by their plumber. Here are a couple of examples: when we had a low-flow issue in our water lines (that turned out to be caused by not completely turning on the water main, not by debris in the lines as they originally thought) one of their less experienced plumbers took apart our kitchen faucet and was unable to restore it to a working condition; initially, they said that this was due to the low quality of our faucet and told us that we could buy a new faucet and they would be gracious enough to install it for free (!). We pushed back and said that, regardless of the faucet's quality, they had unnecessarily taken apart our working faucet and caused it to cease to function, so we should not have to pay for any part of that replacement. We eventually compromised and they gave us a lesser faucet (Ours had a sprayer; the new one does not.). On a project this size, the faucet is a small matter and the rest of the project appeared to be high-quality, but we were surprised that O'Neill was not willing to stand behind their plumber's work in this case. After some wrangling, O'Neill resolved another of our concerns, too. Again, it was a small but significant detail of a big project that went very smoothly. We told them originally that we were not particular about where the floor drain was placed and would accept their recommendation; the location they chose ended up causing a very shallow pipe placement that would lead to cracking of the concrete floor above it. When we complained, they remedied the situation, but we would have preferred to avoid their additional work and our extra follow-up by just having them anticipate that issue and choose a different floor drain location in the first place. Basically, O'Neill does excellent work. Our major frustration with the project was a lack of communication; the person who bid on the project (and heard the details of what we wanted) went on vacation and did not completely inform the people who began the work the next week. Even after he did return, he did not closely supervise the project to ensure it was what we requested. We were glad that one of us was able to remain at home through the entire job to ask questions and make sure that they did what we agreed, because often that was not the default (although when we brought a concern to their attention, it was promptly remedied). It was also difficult to reach our job contact; he did not consistently return phone calls. At one point, I had an urgent concern and I had to call his boss before I heard back from him, something I really hate doing! Now that the project is done, we are glad we used a plumber as professional and experienced as O'Neill, but we are also relieved that we were on hand to supervise their work and confirm it went as we expected.

The main water line from the street to the house broke. We dug the trench and replace the pipe, however we had a very difficult time completing the connections. O'Neil came out the next morning promptly at 8 - I didn't feel so bad later when I found the employee had some problems also. It took 3 hours which included modifying one of the connections a bit and a different connector. One problem was that the original pipe was very flexible and easy to use (one reason it started to leak). The new, improved pipe had a higher pressure rating so it was thicker and harder to manipulate at the connector. O'Neil did a good job and the company did a follow up call to confirm everything was ok. I thought it was a bit expensive but I suspect the hourly rate is close to standard in the industry.

It was a wonderful experience. Nels was on-time and very efficient. He provided some tips to help prevent future issues. We were very happy with the service.

Ken was very professional and prompt. Explained the process and potential issues step by step. Plan to obtain estimate from O'Neill to replace old pipes that are causing the yearly issue with tree roots. Extremely happy with this experience.

The plumber from O'Neill Plumbing Co. who gave me a quote spent enough time with me so that I understood what services would be performed and the cost. He considered several options, including one that would solve the problem but would likely cost less, and ultimately, that was the option we chose. He (Ken ) and his colleague (John) were all business, getting the job done ahead of schedule and therefore under budget. They took care to protect my carpet and flooring and they cleaned up after themselves. I'd hire them back without hesitation.

Went great. John was very efficient and cleared everything in less than 1/2 hour and with some time left took a look at my water heater. I got O'Neill's $95.00/first half hour rate and my $30 Angie's list discount. It was a tough clog because I tried to clear it myself removing some pipes and using a manual snake. I wish I had called O'Neill earlier and saved myself the time, I've worked with this company before and would work with them again.

I was afraid of leakage because I live in a condo. They left the extra caulking for me if would need it in the future. They are very honest, kind, and I never feel uncomfortable having them in my home. The gentleman that came, John, in is my favorite--he is so kind, and even showed me where my hot water heater is, including how to turn it off. He also showed me how to find out when you need a new one.

We had backed up drains in both our bathrooms. This was on a weekend. The plumber came promptly. He was able to figure out what the problem was. He was able to snake out the drain through outside access without disassembling fixtures. He finished the job in within the one hour minimum charge. He explained why we had the problem and what to look for in the future, as well as describing some long-term remediation options.
