They were efficient. We were able to get an appointment quickly. They were able to get a part and have it fixed in less than a day.

The overall experience was excellent. The price and quality were excellent. They were punctual, responsive, and professional.

We thought it was kind of expensive. The experience was fine otherwise. The plumber was prepared and knew what he was doing. It took him a couple of hours. They charged $195 an hour which we thought was way too expensive. They were out here fairly quickly to do the service. They did manage to get the work done to our satisfaction but we probably wouldn't use them again because of the cost. They came out pretty quickly.

Steve, the plumber sent by O'Neill Plumbing, is very professional and friendly. He was on time and very knowledgeable.

The receptionist told me that she could have someone perform the repair within the week on the exact day that I requested. The repairman was prompt, courteous to my tenant, and called me immediately after the repair to explain what he had done, how long it took, and how much it cost. Extremely professional service but expensive.

They gave me a bid for 3800 for materials and labor. It took them about 2 days with 1 guy working 1 day and 2 guys working 2 days. They were about 1/2 the price of the other bid I got from Fox plumbing (for 7800!!) which I knew was ridiculous. They may charge more but Ive used them before and everything is done perfectly and they will respond if there is a problem.

He arrived on schedule and did the work. He had all the parts needed to repair the leaks and he did it in a reasonable time.

The receptionist was very polite and helpful. However, there was a miscommunication, and I belive an error on the company's end, in that the appointment got scheduled on the wrong day. In the end, the appointment was rescheduled and the technician arrived on time. The technician was exceptionally polite and friendly, however, he reeked of cigarrette smoke, to the point where it was difficult to stand and talk to him as the smell was so horribly strong. Honestly, this is the only thing I can complain about, and to some it may not be a problem. The appointment mishap may have been me, and was likely an honest mistake.

The guy came to assess the leak under my tub, then he set out to fix it. He was missing a part but found another plumber working nearby that had the part so it all got done in the same visit.

O'Neil plumbing is great! They were on time, knew what they were doing, were professional and friendly. When a leak developed they returned promptly to fix it. Everything has been great since. I would definitely use O'Neil's again!

Very well! He unclogged the bathroom sink drain, replaced some shoddy under-sink pipe work from the former homeowner, and fixed the kitchen sink low-water-pressure problem. The excellent attitude and job that Nelson did more than compensated for the scheduling issue.

They were very good. I didn't compare prices. The quality of the service was very good.

We found them on Angie's List. They are prompt. They give good advice on what's possible and not possible. They are able to get the types of fixtures that we want. They have everything available. It's not limited selection. They are a known company here in town. We have used them before.

I called O'Neill's to get someone to come out and fix a leak my husband had found. The person answering the phone was extremely pleasant and professional, and got me booked in the next day (it could have been earlier, but I wasn't available). The repair person showed up exactly on-time, was courteous and professional. He found the issue fairly quickly (the insta-hot tank was broken) -- it wasn't repairable (it was 8 years old) and he gave us options and prices for reinstalling a new one or removing it. We don't use the insta-hot very often, so we had it removed. Everything was neatly removed, within the time estamated. They took the Angie's list coupon with no problem, and the issue is resolved.

They were prompt and professional. On the phone they said it would take an hour. It took slightly longer than that but repair guy said it should only have taken an hour so he only charged for that amount of time. Am thoroughly impressed with both the work they did and the customer service. I will definitely use them again.

All visits happened at the scheduled times. The estimates were complete and specific to what we needed. The flow problems were fixed within an hour even though one problem was an O'ring inside the supply tubing. The pipe replacement was a complicated operation with very difficult access problems. Even so, they were done within a day and had all the drains working great. All were done in a professional manner by competent and courteous prople. The workers all cleaned up after their work was complete.

When the plumber did not arrive late in the AM (scheduled between 8 and 12) I called to get a status update. The scheduler had forgotten to put me on the schedule. A plumber was notified and the plumber arrived at approximately 2:30. The plumber (Steve) was very cordial and efficient. I was very satisfied with the quality of work performed. I rated the price as fair even though it seemed excessive to me. I do not have anything with which to compare it. Excluding the faucet parts and the water heater, left an estimated $450 to $500 to cover labor (1.5 hrs incl.), overhead and disposal of the old heater.
