He was in and out of here in half an hour, and fixed what I needed. I would recommend him. I am going to have him come back and do something else for me. His price is excellent.

The tech who came and performed the job was friendly and very professional. He came on time and finished the job within the hour. He also spent time checking the other fixtures in the house to make sure they were fine.

It went extaordinarily well. They were professional and very precise with their pricing. They came in and there was no fluff, I felt confidence from them and they seemed to know exactly what they wanted to do and how to do it. We were extremely pleased with the work they did.

John, the plumber who did the installation was professional and courteous although he arrived about 30 minutes later than when I expected him to. He very neatly removed the old water heater, installed a new Bradford White model of the same size and power source, and connected the appropriate overflow pipe to drain down instead of outwards. My home inspector had recommended a drip pan but, as the plumber observed, the lack of an outside drain made such a drip pan unnecessary. I instead purchased a LeakFrog to alarm myself of water leaks near the water heater. John also showed me how to set the temperature on this new water heater. I was unable to find detailed information on Bradford White as this brand seems to be sold mainly to plumbing professionals, but its price was significantly higher than comparable water heaters sold by large appliance retailers. John investigated two minor issues that my home inspector noted in the bathroom: the sink drain was slightly slow and the shower head was loose. John identified the former issue as a design flaw with the bowl-style sink that had been installed by a prior owner. The latter issue was due to a substandard installation of the shower head, but as there is no reason for me to touch the shower head, the labor-intensive repair (requiring a full reinstallation of the shower head) would not produce much value. Overall I was satisfied with the experience of O'Neill and I would recommend them to others. They were slightly late and more expensive than I had expected (although their final price was in line with their written estimate) but the quality of service was good in general.

Dale was on time, courteous, willing to explain what he thought the best course of action was, quick to execute it, and was in and out in under an hour. I will definitely be calling O'Neill's for future plumbing issues.

I had no problem getting this appointment scheduled in really good time. I really liked John and would not hesitate to use them again. He was very accomodating and followed up with me when he said he would (about the other problem). Very reliable, professional, and nice. I don't know how to appropriately comment on the price for plumbers and electricians and the like. They are all expensive in my opinion. So how can one really rate that category.

We spoke to the owner, Tim, and he set up an appointment for us on the day and time we requested. He offered an appointment the next day but that was not possible for us. John was our plumber and he was very professional and explained what he was going to do. He showed us the pitted and worn pipe as he took it out of the house. I believe it was a galvanized pipe. We should have asked for an estimate so we wouldn't have been so surprised by the cost. They even charged a fuel surcharge which surprised us since Tim told us he had someone in our area to do the job. Overall, the service we received was excellent. We were just shocked by the price. (In addition, we asked for an estimate to replace our gas hot water heater and the cost was over $500 more than our previous bid.)

It's hard to say enough good things about my experience with O'Neill Plumbing. They gave me good advice about shopping for a hand-held shower and encouraged me to buy it online when I found a low price there. When the product arrived, I called was able to get an appointment right away. Dale, the plumber who came out to install it, explained everything he was doing, worked carefully and capably, and did a great job. It works perfectly.He also fixed a dripping faucet by replacing the cartridge. The whole experience was refreshingly professional. I will turn to this plumbing company again when I have issues, and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Rowdy gave us a bid, was very friendly, professional and told us the date and time he they would do the job. Came on time and did the job as promised. Great job!! They are now "our" plumber for life!

I called O'Neill Plumbing to perform a diagnostic on a clogged sewer line that a roto-rooter company had been unable to clear (their line got stuck and it took them many hours to extricate it). I knew O'Neill to be a reputable company and they were willing to step in where other companies were not, having heard about the stuck rooter line. O'Neill did clear and camera the line to determine the source of the problem (a major gap where the old sewer line had simply disintegrated), and Cevin Farnsworth spent considerable time on the phone with me, as well as with another family member, to explain the situation as well as the various options for dealing with it. I had received different advice from various different contractors, and Cevin was helpful in sorting out the pros, cons, and risks of the various approaches. He obviously has a lot of expertise built through years of experience. I ended up hiring another company to pipeburst the entire line but would not hesitate to recommend O'Neill Plumbing, especially for complicated plumbing issues. You may pay slightly more, but they are pros.

Our kitchen drain plugged up pretty badly. When Liquid Plumr failed to fix it, I called O'Neill. They got someone out in short order to clear the blockage. Quick and easy.

We had a sudden backup and overflow of our sewer pipe in our laundry room at our rental house. The O'Neill technician was great, he snaked the drain, made sure the pipes to it were clear and even moved our big bulky washer & dryer unit away from the wall for us so we could clean behind it. I even appreciated the fact that I didn't have to pay right away, they invoice you. I was a little surprised at two charges for labor: the first was "Minimum service first 1/2 hour $95" followed by "Service Technician Labor: 1/2 hour $85". I couldn't argue as our renter had called it in. I may have done a little more research or known what the charge was going to be. He only told us $85/hour, so that's why I was surprised. But the technician Stephen was great. He was definitely cleaner when he arrived than when he left. He also reminded us that stuff like coffee grounds shouldn't go down the garbage disposal, as it builds up gunk over time.

The plumber, Dale, was on time, very pleasant and explained things to me.

Found water on the floor of the basement and traced it to a leak somewhere above the area where the house's extension's crawlspace meets the original house. I called the Oneill and Peter answered. He told me that if i only see the leak when i run water that it's probably a valve or a drain pipe. That helped us narrow down our search. Above the leak was the kitchen and a sink, the leak was right behind the sink. A friend did some demo work to open the wall and we found a cracked copper pipe that was leaking when the sink faucet drained. Like:Peter gave me lots of info about what to look for when we were trying to locate the leak, which let us find it quicker.Since we opened the wall, he was able to replace the pipe in about an hour. He showed me how the bottom of the copper pipe was smaller than the rest...meaning that draino or other no-no's were used in the house a lot before we bought it 2 monts ago...causing the pipe to weaken. He told us that the entire pipe should be replaced for the long run, as copper is not appropriate for drain pipes. Since we were going to remodel the kitchen within the year anyhow, we opted to wait to do that replacement. Peter gave us honest no-nonsence advice and confirmed our decision to wait would be safe. He also gave us advice on how to install, or have him install, a new faucet + water filtration system. Peter also honored the Angies list discount, which was $30 off the bill.

He arrived. He cleaned the clog. He left. The Angies coupon worked just great.

Very routine service. He was done five minutes after arriving. Nice serviceman, prompt service. I used an Angie's List $30-off coupon, which dropped the price to $75.56.

Nels explained what the various causes of the problem could be. He explained what I should do if something similar happened again in the future. He replaced the parts and explained how to contact him if the problem wasn't fixed (it was and no follow-up was required). He was very helpful and communicated well. I was very impressed.

Perfect. When I called, someone immediately answered. When I asked questions, they were perfectly clear. When I scheduled an appointment, there was an opening in two days. When the installer arrived, he was right on time, courteous, and clean. Both the toilet and the faucet work perfectly. I would absolutely use O'Neill again. This is a professional organization, run well, and with a fine staff all the way around. No one asked me to write this, by the way.

O'Neill's was great from the start. Excellent service scheduling the appointment. They showed up on time and had the problem fixed within 45 minutes. The plumber found the problem, described it and showed the cracked and broken pipe. Fixed it quickly. Price was very good for the service.Very pleased with the overall experience.

I contacted O'Neill Plumbing for an estimate for getting a new shower pan (purchased from another vendor) connected to the existing drain line. They showed up promptly for the appointment and looked over the project. They gave me a quote of about $250 to do the install, but after looking over the project the plumber who came out went over what needed to be done, describing each step in detail, and then suggested that I could probably do the job myself. He took the time to make sure that I understood what needed to be done and with his advice I was able to complete the project myself and save the installation labor costs. I was very impressed that he not only suggested that I could save money by doing the job myself, but that he took the time during the free estimate visit to make sure I understood what needed to be done and what parts I needed to do the job right. I will definitely call O'Neill for any future plumbing needs.

The persona that came out was professional. My faucet seems like it is kind of loose already so I am not going to use them again. Their price was a little bit high.The end product was dis satisfactory.

Called and got appointment the same day. Dale came within the appointment window. He identified the problem, explained what he was going to do, and fixed it quickly. Absolutely wonderful experience. Anyone could have taken advantage of a single gal with no plumbing know-how, but Dale was great. I highly recommend this company without reservation and will ask for Dale if I have any other problems.

John arrived on time and listened carefully to what I wanted done. We started with the video camera inspection of the mystery drain pipe in the yard. Since I wanted to know what was going on with the drain pipe, he was very willing to show and explain to me what we were seeing on the video monitor. He then worked on snaking the downspout drains. These are 30 year old drain pipes (the flimsy black corregated kind). The snake could not make it through the clogs in the pipe. Unfortunately, the clogs are under the driveway. There was nothing else John could do. This was not the plumber's problem -- these pipes have probably collapsed over the years and we're not ready to dig a hole in the paved driveway. Even though he couldn't unclog the drain pipes, the plumber certainly did his best. I knew beforehand that there was a good chance that the clogs could not be fixed.
