.It was quick and all the drainage is still working great one month later. They were on time, professional, cleaned up after himself, and did a great job. We would hire them again...

It went great! We assumed we would need a new toilet and were thrilled he could repair it. He was on time, the cost was fair and he did a great job and cleaned everything up!

These guys were absolute professionals. Direct, objective information and options were given. After there assessment, I decided to do the work myself, but I couldn't have done it without there consultation.

I had to call to confirm the appt. even though I was told I would be contacted the day before. I called the morning of the appt. just to make sure they were coming. The guy arrived a little later than expected. I was given a verbal quote and was told I would receive a firm written quote on Monday, 11/14. Well, today is Oct. 18th and still no quote. So, I went and bought an electric dryer since I needed to be able to do laundry.

Stuck with it although it wasn't an easy job. Good cleanup afterwards.

He was very good. I got him from Angie’s List. He was prompt, efficient, and everything works fine. He supplied the proper size to fit in my kitchen. The cost included the new unit. I have recommended him to other people as well.

He knew exactly what to do . The price seemed expensive for the fix, but the good news is, the problem is fixed.

It was a horrible experience. The plumber didn't seem to know what he was doing and his explanations were vague and they were not understandable. He worked very slowly, despite the company's claim to be fast and efficient. He said he had fixed the shower, but when I went to test it while he was outside preparing the bill, nothing had changed. When I told him it wasn't fixed, he made a bunch of excuses. To solve the problem, he simply traded shower heads between two of my showers. So, the problem isn't fixed, it's just moved. I didn't want him to spend anther minute in my house, so we left it as is. He charged me $625 for his time a materials. It took him nearly three hours to make a simple toilet fix and to switch some shower parts around. I am very surprised by the number of positive reviews. This is the worst contractor experience I have ever had.

well the repairman arrived and replace the pump. It was not a very long work order so he finished quickly. But instulation is shabby. where the pump and pipe meet leaks the water shoots out at the same time the sump pump is drawing in water....

Excellent service, on time and quick. Very pleased with ONeill Plumbing and would definitely use them again. Ken was knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

On 8/20/13, Steve, technician from O'Neill Plumbing arrived on time, demonstrated professionalism, clean appearance, and was very efficient in repairing toilet mechanism that previous plumbers from other companies could not fix. Steve demonstrated he had the expertise necessary to get the job done right. I would definitely hire O'Neill Plumbing and will ask for technician, Steve again!

Nothing on my list was urgent, so I called late one week and got a time early the following week. Plumber arrival time was between 9 & 10, arrived quite close to 9am. Tyler asked to see all the work I wanted done - I gave him "the tour", and he got on with it, but only after he explained the pricing structure and his own "time estimate". It was about what I thought I'd end up paying and how long I thought it would take - I was pleasantly surprised at the end that the time and cost was less than expected. He worked on each issue separately, left all areas neat and clean, and communicated the issues and what the options were really clearly. I was really impressed with the work done, and would recommend him. The price was as expected for the work done, and there were no "gotcha" costs at the end, which I appreciate.

Top job! Nelson did a fantastic job clearing out our main sewer line. On time, speedy and well executed. Just bummed I forgot to tell the wife about the $30 AL coupon! Worth full price anyway :-P

Outstanding service! I had a friend install a new one piece toilet in my master bath. Two days later my bedroom and bath smelled like a cow pasture! I immediately called Oneill plumbing based on the "A" rating on Angie's List. They sent out a technician the following day.Ken showed up promptly and provided friendly, outstanding service. There were two issues he found. Removing the bolts revealed the tile floor under the toilet was uneven (tile installed by another friend).Plus, the toilet was installed using 2 wax rings instead of one proper sized one. Ken shimmed the toilet so it is level and reinstalled a new larger wax ring. Plus he caulked around the toilet (this was not done before). No more cow pasture odor! Ken also troubleshooted my old garbage disposal and got it working again. I will have Oneill plumbing install two additional toilets in my house to replace the 17 year old ones. No more Handyman friends allowed in my house!

Gabe arrived on time, diagnosed and repaired the problem within about an hour. He was courteous and professional throughout.

It went smoothly. John was our plumber/technician. He arrived on time and completed the job in less than an hour. He was extremely professional, courteous, helpful, and friendly in his approach.

Cevin was very knowledgeable and professional. Their bid was one of the lowest we received. The only reason we chose to go with another company, (two actually) was that one of the two we chose was an excavation company who could also do another large demolition project at the same time. Otherwise I would have hired O'Neill.

peter had to come twice due to lack of tools even though i did send them photos and description before they came. nobody seemed pay attention. they billed me for $508 and not willing to either send me or show me any written warrenty. They are not good customer service either. Can't imagine their business has been here since 1917.

so far everything is working great. I called because of the kitchen problem, but when I showed him the bathroom tub leak, he thought it may be a quick fix, so he took care of that also. He was very courteous and efficient, knew what he was doing. was impressed by his professional friendly manner. Was very prompt, I called in the morning and he came out early afternoon.

Everything went well. The Toilet would run sometimes due to the failing part and it worked perfectly afterwards. The faucet is working great (we provided the new faucet). The Bathtub had been leaking and that was fixed also. We've had lots of issues with that bathtub and the repairman said we might need to replace the piping, but that he'd try putting some silicon on and see if that would stop it -- id did at least for now. The repairmen was right on time and finished the work efficiently. They were pleasant to work with.
