My experience was wonderful! Carlos made such a great effort to come to our home to give a full evaluation and price quote on very short notice. He then brought a crew out the very next day (again on very short notice) and did everything he said he would and more! The job he did was tremendous, and we would highly reccomend him to anyone. We will definitely use his services again. What a lifesaver and what a star!

They did a good job however the price point for on going service was out priced -- $50.00 per person per hour. They accidently cut through the wire of our invincible fence however they paid to have it restored.

They forgot my first appointment for which I had taken off work to be there, but they were able to later do the estimate and the work without me being present.

The owner came and spent quite a while walking the yard with me, listening to what I wanted and made suggestions. He was very knowledgeable, and was able to offer a full-service contract, including fertilizing and pesticide applications.

Called me only a few hours after I spoke with Service Magic and was here that day to give an estimate. We waited a few days to get other bids and decided to go with Northeast. They began the job the next day. It is a several day job and isn't completed yet but so far I am very happy with the work that was done.

The owner was very professional and went out of his way to help get the look that I wanted for my yard. He even went the extra mile and did things that I didn't even ask for but was needed.

Mr. Morales was very knowledgeable and straightforward. He was the first one to call, arrived on time, gave me a quote on site, had the work done SOONER than he had previously planned, well done. So much so that we asked him to also do the back yard clean up and we are considering to hire his company for maintenance.
