The sub contractor that was assigned to our project did an excellent job. Unfortunately the sales person mislead us on several items that were critical to our decision. One of the big selling points for us was the fact that they employed the installers, and did not sub out the work. I confirmed that with the salesperson, because that's unusual and he confirmed that New Floors employed all of the installers. We found out later that it was going to cost an additional $4,600 above the original quoted amount to get what we were asking for and believed were contracted for as well. I talked to the manager/ owner to discuss the discrepancy between what we had asked for versus what the install coordinator said we were getting and he was not interested in working with us to resolve the situation at all. Needless to say, while we were happy with the job the installer did; we do not recommend this company due to their lack of customer service as it relates to the difference between what we were told up front versus what they ultimately delivered.
