They come every month to edge the yard. They start in march and end in oct. I don't have to call or do anything.

Found business online as it was close to my house and I needed something quick. They came out the very next day and gave an estimate which was very reasonable. They came out to perform the work a day before they said they could, which was great. It's been over a month and I couldn't be happier.

I find the owner very professional. Bi-weekly lawn mowes are always accomplished on the day of week specified. The service they perform is nicely done, mowing and edging, and they remove all cuttings off the site without using my personal yard waste bin. I would highly recommend them for both one time cleanups and scheduled lawn mowing.

Not a hitch. Any time I went to my property it always looked good, and their charges are very reasonable.

Lawn mowing service going great. Vendor has not missed performing lawn mowing on an every other week schedule on the day-of-week originally specified. Lawn mow and edging looks great and believe the price to be a good deal.

We spent about $38 for that service. They do an excellent job of trimming the ivy. They do a really good job and we plan to continue with them coming every other week. The receptionist is very accommodating anytime we need to change the date of when they have to come. I hope they pay their workers well.

I called this company on Wednesday a couple days before my Dad's house was going to have its first open house. I needed the lawn mowed and edged within 2 days. They answered the phone when I called and arranged to do the work by Friday. When I checked, they had actually done the work Thursday and it was a thorough and tidy job. I asked them to continue until we sold the house and they did great work each time for 5 months until the house sold. I would call them any other time I need help with a yard.

The final cost was the same as estimate. The workers did a thorough and fine job. I would probably not use again because of the cost.

The maintenance work was fine, but the other work was more expensive.

They were very professional and we liked the job they did. After we used them to mow the lawn a few times, we could not get them to return our calls. We wanted them to come back more of yard clean up and trim out some trees the following year. I called 3 times and no one has returned my call. It was just astounding.

Did a great job. They even cleaned up some leaves that were in my drive way!

They did a great job, and everything was good for the summer. They said they were going to come back every 6 weeks or so to do some quick work. They charged a big fee upfront - of about $1100 - to do the job, which was fine because there was a lot of weed pulling to do and big sticker bushes to deal with. They then put in chemicals. We had a pretty dry summer, and so there were not a lot of weeds, and I think they just stopped coming by. They never charged me anything after that. From the initial stage, they did a very good job. As far as coming back every 6 weeks was concerned, they didn’t do that, but I didn’t need it. I’ll probably call them again when I feel like having them over to do the whole yard again. I don’t have a yard of grass because it is all landscaped, and they cleaned it all out; it looks good. I was not around that much when they did the work - when I came back home, everything looked fine.

I didn't get an invoice after the work was done. It took days for the company to get back to me with a quote. I was charged more than what is noted on their web site, which is "To have an average ... yard mowed, weed-eater edged and blown clean is about $30.00." I decided to try them again. Again, I didn't get an invoice and the workers came a day late. When I emailed the owner, I mentioned the quoted price on the web site, which she promptly replied that the price quoted is just an example. Very poor billing operation and very poor customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone and will not use them again.

They do a good job and clean up well. They are consistently on time and work very hard.

Overall I would not call upon them again for any services.

In April I called and asked for periodic mowing of my yard, which is an average or slightly large city yard. We agreed on every other week, and they would put the clippings in my compost heap (they said they could not leave the clippings on the lawn). They provided this service and regular, clear invoicing until June when the grass dried up. However on the first invoice was a "first time" surcharge which I did not anticipate from our phone conversation. In late May I called and asked for a pile of wood chips to be hauled away. At first we agreed they would come by and look at the pile and call back with an estimate. They said they were backed up and it would take two weeks. Two weeks passed and nothing happened. I called and said forget the estimate just come and do it asap. Three more weeks passed and I called again and asked for the pick up. They had no record of the earlier requests. They never did pick it up or contact me about it.

They do the lawn at the rental, and it always looks great. They come twice a month, and bill me monthly. They always come when they say they will. They always do a good job, and I never have to remind them. The price is reasonable.

Ken's was very good. I had plants in my yard that I did not want cut, they were very good to make sure they were not harmed. The very first time I contacted them, they came on short notice which was very nice. They made sure that they were on time for their scheduled day.

From the time Julian came out to survey the work to be done so he could provide an estimate to the end of the job when the last shovel and rake were loaded on the truck, we could not have hoped for a more satisfactory experience. They were professionals in every sense of the word. We highly recommend them especially if you need to meet a deadline. They absolutely deliver.

All in all, it was okay but next time I'll try somebody else.

They are very professional and they do a really good job. They are not always on time but I would recommend them to others. There are the best compared to other companies that we have used.

I have had Ken's do work for me in the past, and I contacted Julian (the owner) via e-mail. He came out while I was at work and provided an estimate for this project and another one I'm thinking about. I asked if he could schedule this one within a week, and he agreed. I came home today and was delighted with the results. The yard looks spruced up and cared for; everything is neat, trimmed, and ready for spring. They cleaned out weedy beds, picked up old leaves, dealt with overgrown ivy and shrubbery, and weed-whacked in places hard to reach with the mower. They also mowed my back yard (which I hadn't even asked them to do) and cleaned up the public pathway that runs next to my house! Now I can do the fun stuff (planting) without worrying about the back-breaking cleanup work.

The clean up was pretty expensive, but the mowing and edging are reasonably priced. They have been responsive and have addressed any issues. They're local and a live person answers the phone, which I like.

Like little elves they appear quickly do the work and disappear leaving things all ship shape.

Last falls wind storm caused me to loose four big trees in my front yard. I had the trees removed during the winter before I found Ken's Yard Service. With his help, I am ready to plant native shrubs as I find what I want. Ken's Yard Service did an absolutely wonderful job. I am overwhelmed by the compliments I am getting. I would rate them an "A+" on everything. I will definitely hire them again.
