They came on the day that they said that they were coming, arrived on time, the installers were very good and aware of the office employees and work areas, worked around every one, and kept everything very clean by cleaning up during and after the job was done

I came back on the 13th from vacation and went there on the 14th to pick up my written estimate so that they can start work on the 16th, but they would not give me a written estimate. Then he stated that he didn't like my attitude and I didn't like his, so he said he was not going to do the work.

They did a great job from start to finish. We are very with our new floor.

Interior Floor Design was responsive and prompt. The installation was done as scheduled and at the quoted cost. The final result was quite good. The only frustrating aspect of the process was the lack of consistency between the knowledge of the representative who came out to do the bid and the person in charge of the showroom which resulted in several unnecessary trips in the showroom to clarify certain details for the project.

We received bids from four companies and went with Lyle at Interior Floor Design based on the previous Angie's List reviews and their price. Lyle was very personable and knowledgeable. We had to level the floor under the laminate and Lyle went over the specifics with us and included that in the estimate. Once Lyle had completed the estimate, we were contacted by Larry. Larry was a little spotty on the follow-up and customer service, and we ended up having to reschedule the flooring install twice due to this. The actual install went well, the crew came out one day to level the floor and the next day to install the laminate and carpeting. The only issue was that the crew left a blob of glue of some sort on the wall of our stairway. Otherwise, we were quite happy with the results!

The installers were polite and punctual. We even had to stay home one day with our sick 22 month old, and there were no issues. The floor looks great and the seam is as invisible as I think you can hope for. The salespeople at the store were also very helpful and didn't try to pressure us into buying anything we didn't want.

Working with Larry & Lyle Morris as well as Lyle's two sons, Brian & Kevin was indeed a wonderful experience. This is truly a family business that empathizes customer service as its top priority. They worked around my schedule of having a grandson who goes to school and works until midnight. Which can be pretty frustrating for some people in business. Larry had no problem with this at all. Brian & Kevin were extremely professional. Very well mannered, as well as very helpful in suggestions as to how I could raise my vanity when I get a new one. They were careful in placing the toilet in the bathtub so it wouldn't get scratched, laying down some plastic on top of my drop cloth. They took their time in measuring, making sure that not only the plywood, but the linoleum would fit exactly. Kevin & Brian work hand in hand together, asking questions as to how I would want something done. They wanted to get it right. I would definitely use this company again. Excellent workmanship.

The company was very responsive to all of our questions and numerous visits to choose flooring. Choice is huge. The price reflects choosing a upper end vinyl in a very large kitchen. Company was on time, worked hard and clean up was immaculate. They used quality subflooring and were able to install the vinyl with only one seam near a wall under a freestanding cabinet. The seam is totally invisible. Would hire again in a moment. Owners helped actual installment of vinyl.

They are very good and have high quality merchandise. It is a family business and I would use them again. They have a retail showroom and they also install.
