They've always done a nice job. One of the rugs was very soiled (wine + dirt). Another wasn't obviously heavily soiled but had in place for years without cleaning. They did a great job and we thought the price was reasonable.

Everything is spotless. This was after a several months long remodel. Things cleaned up beautifully! Carpets especially looks brand new.

We contacted D A Burns to see about cleaning a section of carpet that our cat had urinated on. They offered to provide a free consultation so we made an appointment for a few days later. The agent arrived at the agreed time and looked over our problem area. He said that he couldn't guarantee getting the smell out since cat urine is very difficult, and several attempts had already been made to clean it. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism and would call on D A Burns again in the future.

All very nicely done. A little pricey what you get what you pay for. Very personable and customer responsive. They keep to schedule.

I am SO PLEASED with the service and results. My rugs look like new; the nap on my largest rug is fluffed up, which makes the color look richer. Some stains were removed and some minor repairs were made. The cleaning and the addition of carpet pads and stain protection will lengthen the life of my rugs. I sent out two large rugs--one 8x10-- and five medium and smaller rugs. I thought the price was reasonable at about $1100.00 for the seven rugs, with pickup and delivery. I plan to have a couple of my other rugs done next year. I highly recommend this company.

This company has done all of my throw rugs, from inexpensive to valuable. I used their coupon of which I got in the mail. This gave me 20% off, plus an additional 20% off if I brought the rugs in, instead of them picking them up. All of my rugs were done within the time period they told me. I went there to pick them up, all of them were ready except for the Oriental rug to be repaired. Somehow my rug had gotten overlooked and wasn't even touched. They apologized over and over, putting the rug in for repair right away. I did have to make a special trip there to pick the repaired rug up, but the service was exceptional, and I didn't mind, knowing that things can go wrong at times. All the other rugs were beautifully cleaned and treated. When I did get the hand repaired rug, it looked wonderful, and was worth the wait. Considering I brought in about 15 rugs total, I believe they did an exceptional job! I used their coupon, which they allowed me to use on every single item. This saved me so much money! Every employee was knowledgeable about rugs, all kinds of rugs! In the future, I will use them again and again!

They are an excellent company to deal with. They worked really good with that. I've used them in the past, they have a pick-up and delivery service. We had more than 10 years experience with them. Anytime we have rug damage or rugs needed some attention like an edging, then we would use them. They are very professional and very good. Their prices are in line for what they do. The service is excellent and the quality of work is also excellent.

DA Burns' rug pads are less expensive than those I had bought elsewhere. They had them ready as promised, and the sizes are perfect. I've gone back for additional rug pads several times, and will definitely use them in the future.

When I called to schedule the house carpet cleaning, I described the number of rooms, rooms sizes, and a guesstimate of square footage, and asked for an estimate, as I've never hired carpet cleaners and had no idea how much it would cost. They had plenty of scheduling availability, which was great, as I was scheduling several things over a handful of days during our move. When I met the cleaner at the house, he quickly measured all the areas to be cleaned and gave me the total. I love that they measure first, giving you the the option to add or subtract services. And here's my only small complaint: the estimate I was given over the phone was quite a bit lower than what I was given by the actual technician (if I recall, the estimate was $75-120, the actual cost was around $260). However, the estimate over the phone was expressly unofficial, and was only given because I asked for a ballpark. And it had already sounded awfully low, so I was prepared to pay more. That said, I did decide to not have him clean a small room and set of stairs that I thought we could get away with, to lower the cost to $220. The cleaning was done very quickly, and everything looked amazing. There were a couple pet stains that disappeared, and in general the place looked better than when we moved in. For the record, we got every penny of our sizable deposit back, so thank you, DA Burns! At the same time, I dropped off a wool rug at their shop for cleaning. It was pretty discolored from a few years of foot traffic, as well as having some pet stains of its own. A week later I picked it up and it looks great. Almost good as new, which is saying a lot for a light gray and cream rug, and definitely better than I thought it would ever look again! We love that rug and I'm happy that DA Burns can keep it in good shape for the future. I will absolutely call them again for carpet and rug cleaning.

I would highly recommend DA Burns when it comes to cleaning area rugs. The truck arrived when it said it would, the men rolled up the rugs (including moving furniture) and took them away. We had just lost our last dog and I wanted all the dog hair and stains removed from all the rugs. The company cleaned two 5' x 8' rugs, one 8' x 10 rug and two hall runners, 2.5' x 8' and 12' respectively. The rugs were returned on the date promised and the men replaced them on the new pads I had purchased. The company also provided information about the rugs and what the cleaning might have changed with regard to them (the wool rugs from China were factory made and the glue used to keep the fibers in place can break down as a result of cleaning). The rugs were clean and vibrant again, look brand new and any stains that had been apparent are no longer apparent. Were I to need to have these rugs cleaned again, this is the company I would call. I would also highly recommend them to people looking on Angie's List as well as to friends and family.

They do a very professional and thorough job. We have had two rugs cleaned their with very good results. The care they take gives us confidence to bring our heirloom pieces to be cleaned by them.

They were punctual picking up the rugs. They treated them with TLC and I could tell that the driver, in particular, had extensive knowledge of hand-knotted wool rugs. When picking up the rugs at their facility, we found their facility to be astoundingly clean. One of us was lucky enough to be dragged to the back for special instructions and she said the entire place was so clean you could eat off the floor. Although I thought the rug cleaning was a bit spendy, I would use them again in a New York minute! Totally professional, totally knowledgable and well, just the cleanest cleaning facility I have ever seen.

My wife and I have used D A Burns for carpet and rug cleaning for years. This was first time for upholstery cleaning. As with other experiences, they were on time, very professional, and did a great job. I thought their fee was a little hi for time involved.

The technican examined it and shared that I would not be happy with the outcome and the the expense would be greater than my return... goodbye sofa! I appreciated his candor. One area had a lingered stain and they came back out. It is gone... and no extra charge. Nice work!
