CLEAN & HAPPY WINDOWS

Two guys showed one day and said they did not have the right equipment to do the job. The next day a guy showed up and complained that the previous guys were just lazy and didn't want to do the job. He started and worked all day on the roof. He did a good job yet made a big mess on our patio. We have 2 rat terriers that bite so we made sure they were inside while he was in the fenced yard working. When he was finished on the patio we let them out. Sometime while he was working he went to pet them and they bit him in the leg. I apologized and told him our dogs were up to date on their shots and I called the animal control and let them know. We did have to put our dogs in quarantine. He had finished up and my husband paid him and he left. I went upstairs and noticed he did not do the windows out side upstairs. That was the most important part of the job as I cannot do them. I was really frustrated and called the company and they said that he would be back tomorrow. I received a voice mail that was very rude from the owner of the company stating that we were going to be charged for the doctor visit and tetanus shot and a new pair of jeans. We have our own company and pay much into L&I for incidents on the job so I called and told him he should open a claim for this incident and that I was not going to pay him for that and told him the the guy never finished the job. He was so rude he yelled at me and said that I was responsible and that was the end of it. I kept getting nasty voice mails and bills so finally paid for the jeans. I don't think I could find them licensed by L&I and told the guy and that's when the bill was dropped for the tetanus shot. Very rude and unprofessional company.

The windows were not clean and it looked like they weren't finished either. I wasn t pleased with them at all. They were unprofessional and did not finish the work correctly the first time. I would not recommend them to other people.

Clean and Happy has cleaned windows for us in the past, and we had been happy with their work. This time, the window washer didn't show up on the first day scheduled. After several calls, and a rescheduled appointment, he did show up (we weren't there), cleaned the gutters, but only cleaned some of the windows (not too bright - we heard that he claimed he wasn't sure that all the windows were part of the building). Clean & Happy's female receptionist promised to have hime out the next day to finish the job. After repeated calls over more than a month, they never showed up again. Fortunately, they didn't bill us, but we have been very disappointed in their inability to deliver the service as promised. This is really quite disappointing, they had given us good service in the past, and at a good price too. But their inability to finish the job after repeated prompting leaves us with no choice . NEVER AGAIN.
