Budget Blinds

I had been in Budget Blinds before, and probably should have known better than to try again, but they were close by, and I had all the measurements for the windows with me, so I thought I'd give them another chance. I explained what I was looking for, but the salesperson did not listen at all. She was determined to do a big up-sell on me, and would not stop telling me what I wanted. When I told her one thing that I did want, her response was literally, "You don't want that. That's ugly!" Actually, it turns out that I do know what I want, and to completely dismiss what a customer is asking for like she did is terrible customer service. She went on an on for a while, now mainly talking to my friend and ignoring me, only he was not there to buy window blinds, I was. I was finally able to break in to her relentless up-sell shtick and told her what I thought about her performance so far, and she just shrugged and turned to another customer. No apology, nothing. Luckily, there are lots of other places nearby where you'll get much better customer service, so I recommend avoiding Budget Blinds.

When I called this Budget Blinds location, they were very easy to talk to and schedule with. They sent Rachel to my house, and she is very knowledgable and helpful. She sat and looked at hundreds of fabric and drapery styles with me. I'm indecisive, but she wasn't bothered in the least. She and the folks back at their office met all my inquiries, and even my emails of blind samples, with punctuality and great care. I really appreciate their help. As I told Rachel before she came back to my house a second time, these new blinds in my house are the only thing that've gone right so far!

Kendra performed the estimate and measured the windows. She arrived right on time, and took about 40 min for the estimate. She had great recommendations on the shade colors and covering for the shades. James arrived exactly on time for the install. He was professional and efficient. It took about 2 hrs to install the four shades. James then took the old shades with him. We love our new shades and would use Budget Blinds again in the future.

Kendra came out and measured our windows, listened to what we wanted for each room, and made suggestions about materials and style based on what I told her we wanted. It was easy to work with her; she was knowledgeable and cheerful, and she made some great suggestions about working around the challenges associated with our old house's quirky windows. The window coverings arrived ahead of schedule, and I was able to arrange for them to be installed exactly when I wanted. James was our installer; he arrived right on time and got the work done quickly and competently. We really like both the look and functionality of our new window coverings. Great experience all around.

The installer arrived on time and had the blinds up in no time. He reviewed how they work and how to properly operate them. An excellent company as I prefer to keep my business in my community.
