Services include most of the necessary items that enable the property to look its best. A lot of Sellers are now having a pre-inspection done, and, as a result a list of "to do" items is generated. This is where we come in. We do a general walk through to familiarize ourselves with what will need to be done, and what it will cost. We work with the property owner to arrive at a cost estimate that fits the budget. We do NOT subcontract. We do all the work ourselves and take responsibility for the results. We offer FREE WRITTEN ESTIMATES. We do NOT charge for "travel time". References are available upon request. All work is guaranteed. Materials are not marked up - we simply ask that you reimburse us for the cost of the materials being used on your behalf. Receipts are supplied.
