This was an excellent experience. I brought in our Dyson when I noticed it was not cleaning as well as usual. When I got there the repairman said that he had two weeks' of work backed up but if I could stay he would take care of it right then. He immediately identified it as a clutch issue and he replaced it in about thirty minutes, which included cleaning it out and showing me some pointers on keeping it in good condition. I would definitely go back again.

They estimated two weeks for the repair but it came back in one week completely cleaned and working great.

I took in my vacuum this past weekend because it had no suction and smelled like burning rubber. Over the years I've had previous work done by sears. I planned on having to leave it for some hours and possibly spend $50-$100 dollars. Image my pleasant surprise when he said "give me 5 min". Sure enough, with said minutes he had replaced belt, bag and cleaned it out. Better than ever. Best of all, he only charged me $1.50. !!!! Can't say enough nice things about this place! Quick, courteous and VERY reasonable. :)

It cost me about $200 for the vacuum. It was supposedly purchased previously by somebody, used for 4 days, returned for some reason, checked out and put back for sale. It was supposedly a $400 vacuum. I took it to the place I was going to use it, plugged it in and it was very loud. I was concerned with that. I immediately stopped after 2 minutes. It was on a Friday. Then I took it back on Monday and I dealt with the sales person named Jerry. He was a nice guy. I explained it to him. He looked at it again and was confused. He offered me a new unit at the same price. I told him that I didn't expect to get a new unit at the price of a used unit. I said I would pay something extra and we agreed for additional $70. So, it was $200 which was the original amount that I had paid plus $70 along with the tax. I took the vacuum to the building where I wanted to use it. I haven't used it since or I may have used it for 30 seconds. So, I am not unhappy, but I don't know if the vacuum would be satisfactory. The original experience was kind of ambiguous. I would work with them again, but I would keep my eyes open.

Their customer service was very good. I was very impressed. They had it back to me sooner than they thought they would. Their price was very reasonable for everything they did.

Things went very well. Very professional and friendly. Felt like an old time repair shop with great customer service. Price was most reasonable. Even cleaned the vacuum head and it looks like new. Highly recommend.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR BOTH VACUUM AND SEWING MACHINE REPAIRS FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROMPT WITH THE REPAIRS, AND COURTEOUS. I WILL PROBABLY BUY MY NEXT VAC FROM THEM.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS A GOOD ONE. THEY WERE POLITE AND DID THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY SUGGESTED THAT MY BAG BEING REPLACED WOULD BE A BETTER OPTION THAN CLEANING IT.

WE CALLED AND DROPPED OFF THE VACUUM WHICH THEY LOOKED OVER AND CALLED BACK WITH A ESTIMATE TO FIX AND REPAIR SO WE DECIDED IT WAS WORTH DOING AND NOT PURCHASING A NEW ONE.
