Description of Work: C.T. Building did a very professional upgrade on the interior renovation of an old millworkers cottage. The dwelling in question is about 74 years old and had gone through significant rental abuse. The interior was in bad shape. Kitchen, bathroom and utility rooms had to be completely torn apart and the bathroom enlarged. The renovation was extensive and time consuming but completed with care, the end result being a job well done and very significant and happy improvement throughout.

Description of Work: Replaced rotten sub floor in laundry room. My brother in law had repaired a leak under the house 2 years ago but thought the floor was ok. Apparently it wasn't. Chris checked under the house and determined there was no current leak and got the floor replaced. Very professional.

+ 5 moreThis deck refurbishment went very well! All details, questions, and material requirements were worked out and agreed on ahead of time. He never thought a question or concern was stupid. Any changes were thoroughly discussed. Job was completed on time, even with a weather delay and some additional work added due to code/earthquake improvements. Was always on target with cost estimates. Has excellent employees! Worked in an efficient and safety conscious manner. Cleaned up after themselves and left the work site tidy every evening. We are very happy with the results. Work was of much higher quality than we have gotten, and been satisfied with, from others in the past. Contract specifies1/2 to 1/3 down which is the going rate. There was a Very Short punch list and everything was speedily taken care of. Licensed and bonded. Guarantees work. Worth every penny! As our wooden deck is solid surface, we are having the contractor come every fall to inspect for any needed maintenance before it becomes an expensive problem. We will be using this company again this summer!
Description of Work: Replaced Solid surface and railings on 660 sq. ft. deck/carport. Additional work: Upgraded as needed for code/earthquake requirements.
