Description of Work: Had a faulty faucet. Diagnosed the problem and had me call Kohler for parts. Charged me for this visit. When parts arrived, charged me for visit to tell me wrong parts arrived. When new, correct parts arrived, never returned 3 calls to have the parts installed.
