Tech Showed and ran the door through Operations Lube joints and adjust chain.

The repair person arrived at the gate while I was outside. When I came inside there was a message on my voice mail telling me he was at the gate and to call him back. However, he did not leave a call back number and I never heard another word from them. I have not received the service I paid for and would like a refund

Lubrication and tune up was performed but the squeeky sound did not go away.

This was the 2nd time in 11 months that we had a spring replaced. One on each garage door. The first time he took good care of us so we had him back to replace the 2nd spring when it broke. He initially rescheduled the visit since he hurt his back on the job. He rescheduled for 2 days later and was prompt in his arrival and communication before arriving. He replaced the broken spring and inspected the drums all within an hour. Excellent work and service. Glad to have him back.

WA Garage Door is extremely responsive. For the 2nd repair we called them late at night as we were leaving on vacation a few days later and needed to have our garage door fixed as soon as possible. WA Garage Door still picked up the phone at 10 PM. They were extremely responsive and willing to come out the next day to fix our garage. They did an excellent job at a very fair price and were extremely professional. We do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

Door works very well after the work. Have seen roller replacement for mmuch cheaper on other recent Angie's list ads.

Did the work. Gave recommendation on replacement when the time comes that it needs it. Did not try to over sell the need for a replacement. Said we should be good for a while but to please consider him when the time comes. Well done.

Tech looked at the door and made an adjustment to the opener. It worked while he was there but then a day or two later the problem cropped up again. He did spray my rollers but that was all that was done. Probably there a total of 5 minutes. As with all garage door tune up services what they are really after is a more expensive job like replacing springs, openers, etc.

I guess it worked out. He upsold me on a garage door spring. But according to garage door people you need to replace the screen every 10 years or so. Pretty fast. I do not have anything to judge it by. The garage has not fallen apart nor has the spring broke.

It was fine. They oiled, greased and tighten up some screws, they didn't replace anything. There's just one guy.

He replaced the spring and did a good job.

The repairman tightened some bolts on the door, which all seemed to be tight. He oiled the rollers and said the door was adjusted OK. He said that since we had a belt drive opener, he could not adjust it. He then oiled the rollers. At that point he tried to talk me into having all the rollers replaced, as well as the spring. Since the door is less than 10 years old. I declined. I did some research on the internet that indicated that rollers and springs should last at least 20 years. I felt like he was trying to do repairs that were not needed.

It went good except he did not check or tighten brackets, other then that it was fine!

technician was there for maybe 10 mins total, and 5 of that was talking. we paid $70 for 2 door tune-up. he added some oil to rails and checked bolts to make sure they were tight. that's it. waste of money / time in my opinion. one of our doors is about 1/2" off the ground, and the other was currently disconnected because it also wouldn't stay closed. I bought this package assuming I could get these easily fixed, although fully expecting that i may need to pay extra. however, the technician said that our garage door opener (guardian) is not one that they support and so couldn't fix or re-set. How was I supposed to know that? If I knew that, I wouldn't have purchased the tune-up package from them. They could / should have asked me what type of opener I had (at the time of scheduling) or he could have told me before the "tune-up" when he first saw them. Instead, they squirted some oil and checked a few bolts and told me to call the number on my garage door opener for service.

It was fine. He did say that I needed a new spring, I put that off for another time. The price was for the deal and so, it was excellent.

No additional charge. Fast repair. Found the problem quickly. Only here a 10 minutes. Knowledgeable. Prompt.

The technician explained what changes needed to be performed, and he was able to perform all changes in the one service call.
