I had spoken with Jon and he made quick arrangement for repair of broken garage door spring. We agreed to replace both springs and he gave me a firm price prior to work being done. James arrived on time and did in fact replace both springs and made adjustments/oiled wheels for good maintenance. He was very professional and likeable. The bill for the job was exactly as quoted. Once they arrived it went quickly, but he was down a truck so was running late all day. But with that said he kept me informed throughout the day. I'd use them again!

Our garage door was making a lot of noise, so we bought this "deal" through Angie's List and were happy with the cost and service. Shaun the technician was friendly and professional. He replaced our rollers, inspected the door, lubricated the opener chain and helped to diminish the noise. He suggested improvements we could make and clearly wasn't interested in pushing any additional service/sales as much as just giving us some options. We will be buying a new garage door opener (since it is the source of most of the noise) and we will use Sound Door Services for the install!

It went well. He was prompt courteous and efficient.

Jon came out to discuss garage door options and gave a good quote. He was knowledgeable and responded to questions. Also he responded to emails/calls in a timely manner. I choose Sound Door Services based on price, garage door manufacturer, and Angie list reviews over other competitors. On the day of the install, the tech called in sick. Instead of delaying the project (as already scheduled time away from work), Jon and Chris were able to come out and install the door. I would had understand if need to reschedule. That being said, the door was up in the time frame they estimated. Also, they did an adequate job to haul away the old door and clean up. The door looks and works great and I am satisfied with the purchase. Sound Door and the door manufacturer have good warranty service. Jon said if any problems, feel free to contact him. Follow up service after an install is just as important. I would recommend SD.

Didn't replace any wheels/rollers/bearings, just used a spray lube to make the doors quieter.

Purchased $89 Angie's List special. Service originally scheduled for 12/12 but rescheduled to 12/15 due to vendor issue. Arrived early in appointment window, quickly provided agreed upon service; spoke in a quiet voice to get my attention when he was finished, because he knew I had a newborn in the house. Timely, quick, and highly professional. Will definitely consider calling them again when we are ready to replace our garage door entirely.

Sound Door Services provided all of the services I had bought. They were punctual and the work was done in a very timely manner. They were friendly and very professional and I highly recommend their services. I also had a panel replaced on my garage door and their price was very reasonable.. Great job done!!!!!

Called in the morning, scheduled a 2-hour window for the same day. Arrived right in the middle of the window (on time). Quickly diagnosed the problems, gave accurate estimate of time and price. Showed the problems. Finished the word in about half an hour (just as estimated). Also let me know of other potential issues to keep an eye on for the future. Service person was friendly and very competent. Knew just what he was doing, and did a great job. The door is also MUCH quieter now.

I've used Sound Door Services to install 3 garage doors in 2 separate homes, as well as replace a broken opener. Three separate jobs, and each time they were always the lowest price, and James (our service technician) was very nice and professional. Always happy with their work and a pleasure to work with them.

Punctual, professional, offered good information on regular maintenance for my 20 year old door and newer lifter. Will call them again for any repairs in the future.

I emailed for an estimated and was contacted quickly and a date and time were set up for someone to come and bid the job. The technician showed up on time to early and was very thorough. He had samples to show us, and gave links to the manufacture to pick windows for the garage door. He even saved us some expense by not recommending an insulated door, since the garage was not connect to the house or insulated itself. I made an appointment to have them replace the door and motor. The door was a regular stock item and they were able to come within a couple of weeks. A few days before they, asked if they could reschedule, which wasn't a problem for me. I had to push it out a couple more weeks, due to work. They came a week earlier than I had on my calendar. It once again worked out fine, since my work got cancelled for that day. The man came right at the assigned hour and had the door up and working within 4 hours. He helped me set the key pad, and the newer features of the door. Sound Doors called a day or two after to check on the work and charge my card. I replied all was fine and go ahead (I was out in the woods, walking the dog), but forgot I had noticed a rip in the weather stripping at the bottom of the door. I called back a day later to tell them, even though my original statement was "all good". They took it all in stride, set up another appointment (within a week). It was less than a five minute fix. John, was super pleasant, and fun to talk to in that 5 minutes. Great customer service, quality work. I'd use them again, definitely!

Excellent service, arrived on time and explained what the service included. Once completed provided me with an update on the service and parts used. Also recommended lubricanting the rollers every 3 months.

They were great to work with! I thought for sure they'd come out and try to upsell us on something, but they said everything looked good and did a reconditioning treatment. Our garage is quite once again!
