Very good, good quality work at a good price

The two technicians did excellent work! They actually fixed more than they were originally requested to do! My garage door opener was broken and they installed a new one. In the process, they fixed the door such that it now closes flush with the floor. In addition, they fixed the other door that wouldn't close using the remote. It was simple, but they saw what was wrong when I did not! They were able to come out quickly and gave me a choice of next day or a bit later with a fuller service option. Very professional, friendly, and helpful. Completely recommend. This is the third time I've employed them.

Sound Door Services was able to fix my broken garage door spring the day after I called. They texted the time they were going to show up and they showed up on time. They were pretty quick in their work. It took an hour to replace both door springs. The installers did a good job. They came prepared. They cleaned up after themselves. I thought the price was reasonable. Sound Door Services did good. I would recommend them.

Jon Jacobs & the team at Sound Door Services were absolutely fantastic. We called / contacted them online, they were quick to schedule, had very fair pricing (in advance by phone & email), and emailed information with choices which suited our situation. Our door was very old and needed to be replaced. They were able to come quickly after the initial call to evaluate and measure for a new door. Much to our (very pleasant) surprise, when they came to measure for the new door, they quickly evaluated the old one, decided they could fix it, and saved us quite a bit of $. In the process, they have shown their integrity, customer service orientation, and have my loyalty. Jon was very responsive with his communications, and his team did a great job. They also walked us through the new technology of the openers and cleaned up all the trash nicely after completion. We are super happy with their work.

I got three bids and Sound Door was one of the best because they were very responsive and provided excellent detail, even though theirs was not the lowest. They installed everything shortly after. Jon and his crew were very thorough and provided everything that I was expecting and more. Since the doors I had ordered were not immediately available, they upgraded me without charge. They showed up on time and were done in about five hours. They also programmed the doors to our cars for us!

We needed to have a garage door opener installed without much notice. Jon Jacobs came out and did a wonder job and he was very efficient. He also installed an outside keypad. I would definitely use Sound Door Service again.
