Everything went very well. They responded within 20 minutes of me contacting them via the Angie's List app. Absolutely excellent with keeping in touch. The rep that came out was great. Showed up when they said they would. Honest in advising what we needed and what we did not.

We just had two new doors and two new openers installed. John was terrific, he was on time, professional, able to answer all of our questions and assist with solving an unusual installation with an off-center opener on the door. His crew were professional and tidy. I would recommend Sound Doors wholeheartidly

He arrived on time and worked quickly. Finished the spring replacement so that the door was back to working condition. Then they price matched on the opener we wanted and they installed it with the options as requested. Everything went well and Sound Door did a great job. I would use them again anytime (although i hope i don't need to).

They came in on schedule and installed the garage door opener professionally and quickly. After I asked about spring and pulley, I got a reasonable quote and they agreed to replace that for me without an additional appointment. I'm satisfied overall.

Very well. The service tech (Chris) arrived, the same day we made the call. In fact, he arrived so quickly that I hadn't had time to clear out my Goodwill pile and make space for him to work. He fixed the broken door, very quickly. When we discussed the general maintenance issues we were having with both doors, he suggested replacing the rollers - something that had never been done in nearly 30 years the house has been occupied. He completed the project quickly and efficiently. He also helped fix and the laser mechanism which prevents the door from closing when something is in the way. Polite, helpful and very responsive!

I called Jon when I got home on a Monday night and found my garage door wouldn't open. I saw that the spring had snapped. I went on to Angie's list and Yelp and saw that Sound Door Service had an A rating so I gave Jon a call. It was after hours and I did not expect a call back that night. Jon called me back around 7:30am on Tuesday and was able to come to my house that morning. He said it would probably be around 11am and he called me and was there a little after 10:30am. He came in and looked at my door and opener and let me know that my opener was still in good shape and didn't need replacing. I told him there was a bedroom right above the garage and I needed something quieter. He was willing to replace it but wanted to make sure I wasn't spending money that I didn't need to spend. I really appreciate that since most people seem to only want to sell you everything you don't need. Jon did a great job and I would absolutely refer him to a friend or family and when I need garage service again he will be the one I call.

Sound Door Services was very responsive to all my phone calls and were able to fit me into their schedule within a week. Chris arrived with another crew member, and they were very courteous and professional. They were done with the job in an hour. They answered all of my questions and even showed me how to program the keypad/remotes. A few days later, I received a follow-up phone call from their office to make sure everything was operating smoothly, which was a nice touch. I would definitely call them again for future garage door needs.

He came exactly on time, took one look and set about making up a new cable for the door. Installed it, made some other adjustments and it was done. Very professional in all respects. No wasted motion.

It went well. The technician assessed the issues quickly and accurately. He presented my options, but didn't try to up sell any items. I chose the most comprehensive repair, as I don't want to have multiple service visits. He repaired the door quickly. The door now opens and closes quietly, without any problems.

Chris was the tech who did the work. He inspected and performed general maintenance on the door as prescribed in the deal purchased from Angie's list. In addition, he replaced the weatherstripping on the bottom of the door.p (reasonable cost). He explained what he did and gave some tips on things to look for in the future based on our garage door specifically. On time, professional, left no mess. Courteous, too. Would use this business again.

Chris from Sound Door Services was prompt for the appointment in the window time initially provided to me. In a very courteous fashion, Chris quickly ascertained what garage door items I wished addressed. He then laid out a plan for addressing those concerns with me. I was particularly pleased with the speed at which he assessed and fixed the garage door opener sync button, which clearly saved me much money had some other service company tried to sell me a bill of goods, repairs, etc. that were not necessary. Truly, a wonderful experience dealing with Chris, who doesn't waste words with or the time of the customer. I went with Sound Door Services because of their high Angie's List ratings/ranking -- they are worth the high ratings and rankings. I will certainly use them again!

I had planned for new doors during the summer but it jumped to top of the list after learning how unsafe they were and i stopped using them. I ordered two new doors and a new quiet opener. The two installers , james and joe arrived on time and worked very hard to get the old doors off and new ones installed. James even moved my old opener onto the other door which when paired with the new springs worked great. I would highly recommend them to any looking for a service or new garage doors.
