Jon called and got things set up on the weekend, swung over first thing Monday to show us what he could do and whipped up an estimate. He even did a quick fix on the wrecked door, to get it working well enough to get us through until Thursday, when his team installed the new door. We went with a nice upgrade, and the final result is great!

Everyone was punctual, clear information given. Communication OK, had to call a couple of times, like today, were they coming and what time could I expect the installers. Guys that came were great and got right to work. My garage door looks wonderful

A very nice person from their office called me because all of their technicians were busy. She was able to help me trouble shoot the problem and my issue was resolved by her walking me through it over the phone.

John came out to inspect our Garage door opening and it took all of 10 minutes - very efficient! The very next day he had someone out to install the door and opener. The quality of product and installation is amazing. Additionally, because I was a referral he made a special exemption for me as I am technically out of his service area. Will definitely refer to others and would hire again. Thanks John!

They had an opening three days after I got the quote from Jim and that was perfect. Jim was prompt on the scheduled day and cleaned up when done. All the old parts and doors were hauled away and all is very good.

The door is working great. Balanced, lubed, and the door pressure was adjusted for safety. I made an appointment for a Thursday, but on the Monday before the appointment I was called back and told that someone would be in my area Monday afternoon. They worked me in which was very helpful. I was very impressed with the specialist's professionalism, attention to detail, and helpfulness in answering my questions.

Went well. Worked quickly and even did a small adjustment to my other garage door opener at no cost.

They did a really good job, they didn't do the work. They came out, the guy was really nice, totally liked the way he handled it. He is also not on commission, no real pressure. He explained to me that you do have an unique situation, but it didn't phase him at all. He told us what options we had. He gave me a quote, either right there, or he emailed it to me, I can't remember. I waited a long time, like several weeks. I called back, I called them like twice, and they haven't called me back. I would probably still go with them, because I like them. I don't like it when people do not call me back. That makes me really mad. Usually I don't go with them. They haven't done the work yet, I can't judge yet. I like the person who came out, and I really like that. When I needed the quote they were really good, but getting them to call me back they weren't. When they actually did show up.

They were responsive and creative - didn't have a showroom, but we were able to look at finished products (which was better for us). After the doors were originally installed I noted that the pieces that were sent by the manufacturer were not perfectly flush. Sound Door came out to look at it and contacted the manufacturer who sent out new panels, and Sound Door replaced them quickly and professionally, with their apologies.

It was a very easy process and I never knew my garage doors could be so quiet.

The technicians that did the repair were knowledgeable, and did everything they promised. They tried to repair the door first before going with a more expensive approach. Install was spotless, and completed on time

Excellent. Installation went smoothly. No surprises. Everything is working great. I called several companies for quotes on the exact same system and Sound Door was about $50 cheaper. Their service and professionalism was great. I would use them again.

Fine. The repairman arrived right on time. He lubricated the rollers and chain on the door opener. He noted some wear one of the springs and the garage door opener mechanism, but did not recommend that they be replaced at this time.

Great! They came and serviced our garage after another company did shoddy work.
