It was an absolute pleasure working with the folks at Sound Door! They were amazing communicating over the holidays as the weather (snow) was going to delay my appointment. The tech showed up on the dot for the appointment, was thorough in the tune up and gave me an honest assessment of the state of my door, without trying to up-sell or sell me a bunch of services that I didnt actually need (also very much appreciated). I couldn’t have been more pleased - I would gladly recommend these guys to friends and family!

I called and spoke with John (owner). He was able to fit us into his schedule same day as my call. Our home was originally built in 1945 and has low ceilings with no clearance. The previous owner installed the garage door, and the mechanism used is not a common mechanism. John is very experienced, but admitted that he had never seen a garage door installed the way that ours is. He did a video call with a colleague and they came up with a solution - came back the following day and fixed our garage door mechanism. I appreciate their problem solving and seeing it through to completion.

Jon, the owner, was very prompt when he came out to give the estimate. I received the written estimate in the time frame that was promised. He was flexible in rescheduling our installation. James, the installer, was very professional, friendly, and very patient with all of my questions. He is very experienced and did an excellent job with the installation. Lastly, the door looks great and operates very smoothly. We are extremely happy with Sound Door Services.

Replaced 16 X 7 Garage Door with Amarr Heritage 3000 Door and 8 X 7 Garage Door with Stratford 3000 Door. Both doors were replaced by John who was great to work with. He was fast and professional, and the work was done very quickly. Jonathan was great in getting me quotes via email and his pricing was great. He was easy to work with and professional. I got the Heritage 3000 door as its heavy duty, insulated and comes with a life-time warranty on everything. I got the upgraded 25,000 cycles torsion spring as this is the door I use everyday. The 8 X 7 door is rarely used, so I went with the Stratford 3000 series door which is also insulated and has steel on both sides, but has no life-time warranty. Overall, extremely happy working with Sound Door Services and would hire them again and again.

Excellent professional service. Scheduled for quote 3 days after i called them. Scheduled for service one week later. Was on time for all appointments. Explained all equipment and programed cars. Would definitely use again if needed or for repairs.

Jon & team did a great job at installing a new Garage door which was quite a complex job as the door was a non standard size with very little margin for error. Jon came in and evaluated what would be needed and provided great recommendations throughout the process to ensure that the final install will be solid. He had the new garage door opener and track on his truck. After I gave him the green light, he had it installed and fully programmed and functional in less than an hour. James was friendly, professional and knowledgeable during his entire visit. I would highly recommend James and Sound Door Services for any of your garage door repairs or products.

Excellent customer service at all levels. From the first customer rep. who came to repair the garage doors (then we changed our mind and decided to purchase new doors) to the ordering process with John, to the friendly professional installers, and the final paperwork. John also made sure our warranty was filed. Everything ran smoothly. They were on time and respectful of our home. We recommended them to our neighbors. An excellent experience.

Would highly recommend! Be aware, some doors have a longer lead time (4-5 weeks in my case) between ordering and final installation. The installer, James, was detail-oriented, friendly, and patient with my questions. Also appreciated the owner's phone call the day after, asking about my experience. The result was worth the wait and cost - the new door is beautiful, virtually silent, and the glass inserts bring in so much light to my windowless garage. I actually look forward to doing laundry in the garage now!

Very pleased with fast and very professional service. Appointment to make an estimate was quickly scheduled. Estimators arrived on time, did their job and answered all questions. Got quite on the project the same day and scheduled the actual work. Garage door installers arrived on time, removed old doors and hauled them out, installed new doors. They even helped to set up and troubleshoot HomeLink garage door openers in both of our vehicles. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to install, replace or repair garage doors.

I called Sound Door Services. They had someone there that afternoon. They assessed the problem, discussed it with me, answered my questions, gave me some options and estimates on the options. I made a decision and they did the work. They were professional and pleasant. It went beautifully. I give them a big thumbs up.

He lubricated the moving parts and replaced the hinge for no additional charge.

The spring broke and we couldn't get our car out of the garage, it was Saturday, they were there first thing Monday morning and made the repair, very professional and friendly.
