Cleaning service is great, they come twice a week and are always on time and do a great job for a good price

We have been using Maria House Cleaning for over a year on two different houses. They even did our move out cleaning. They are very fast and efficient. They clean for us once a month for a few hours. Two cleaners show up and work together. Our house is large and we have a toddler and infant so we really need their help keeping it clean.

We keep using Maria Housecleaning because the price is really good! Their fee to clean our house is 1/2 of every other estimate or bid I have ever gotten. That said the service is just so/so. The reliably clean the bathrooms, kitchen and floors. However, I have had difficulty getting them to do other things like vacuum the coach (we have cats). They will do it once and then not do it the next time despite my specifically asking that they do it every week. Additionally, they never look around a room and notice anything additional that needs cleaning -- a spot on the wall, a shelf that's really dusty, etc -- they just do the same things every time. There is also a bit of a language barrier. The people who come to clean don't speak English, so if I want to relay specific instructions I need to call the service and then they "pass them along." Finally, they frequently change the time they are coming to clean -- but are always early, which makes it really hard to plan around them. But like I said... the price is great!

Maria's initiated communication through email and each response was prompt and clear. The two house keepers showed up right on time and immediately started bringing in their equipment. Both girls did a good job and the house looked great when they were done. My reason for giving them a B in professionalism was that it was difficult to communicate, neither girl spoke very much English. Also, one of the girls was cleaning my kids' bathroom with the door closed for a very long time. Other than those two things they did a good job. *I can't remember the date of service. I gave it my best guess! *

They are extremely professional, show up in the time-window they promise and do a great job cleaning! They have cleaned our house over the last 4-5 months and its always been great. Strongly recommended!

The cleaners were professional and worked very hard for eight hours. Maria was pleasant and efficient when developing the estimate.

It was summer time when I decided to get a deep cleaning. I had lived in my residence a while and was due for an overhaul. After seeing Maria's House Cleaning well reviewed and operating in my area I reached out to her through Angie's List. She was super fast to respond and I was set with an appointment immediately. The house cleaner, Ludmila, was super sweet, in time, and cleaned my house better than I had envisioned. The deep cleaning hourly is $35. The first time it took about 6 hours but after that it usually only takes a couple hours. (My place is moderately sized.) I get my place cleaned every month, give or take. Overall I am very satisfied with the service. They are very professional and do a good job. I highly recommend them.

Terrible! Avoid this mess! They never showed up! I called and emailed and they finally called back 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment. I was told that were here, but for an unexplained reason they never called me to come let them in. Sounded like an excuse Then I was told they would call the team and have them come back ASAP. Then they called back and said they "did not have cleaners today" and that the cleaners had "made a mistake." Very unprofessional!

The house looks great! Dusted and vacuumed and smells great! They dusted things I would never think to dust (because I'm lazy). I'm excited to have them back every two weeks. Great work - they did a rental home for me and now I've hired them to clean my own home on a regular basis. I would highly recommend their services.

The crew of two was great. They were very thorough. The front of the fridge and the tub sparkled. They also picked up a little as they went. The whole house smelled and looked clean and fresh. They dusted every surface and cleaned every square inch of the floors. Their work was above and beyond what I expected. I've since set up a monthly cleaning that's $160.

2 women arrived about 8:40 am in a window between 8-9am. Unfortunately neither spoke or seemed to understand much English. I did try to show them where things were located. I also indicated I had 4 cats. They got right to work and seemed to be independent on cleaning. I stayed out of their way. At about 2 1/2 hours they indicated they were done & asked me to check if everything was OK. I quickly looked & did not see anything out of the ordinary. I did ask if they had vacuumed the furniture and motioned up to the loft. She said yes. I already knew that the floor had been vacuumed but the furniture was not upstairs as I could see cat hair on it. After I paid I took a closer look & took pictures of the dust clumps under my dining room chairs, scattered pieces of cat litter on the kitchen floor & on the threshold into the kitchen there is some kitty litter & other dust. As I sit at my desk, I can see that there was some dusting but not thorough dusting. Had I not had these other cleaners( also not great at English but tried much harder) several weeks ago, I might have thought this was OK, however they did a stellar job, I could not find anything wrong & they spent 4 + hours for the same amount of money. Guess who I am going to contact next!?! I forgot to say that they let one of my cats out! They are indoor cats only. I didn't realize for an hour or so until I walked by my front window and saw her on the outside of the house! So irresponsible. I couldn't have told them more since they didn't speak English, and they didn't tell me she got out before they left. Arrgh!

Maria came out and did a free estimate, she definitely knows her business. The cleaning team was friendly and two of the hardest workers I've seen! Extremely thorough and efficient. They cleanned top to bottom and it was sparkling. We are so happy to find this service and will be continuing with them in the future.

These folks are really good. Over the years we used several, but Maria's is very much a cut above and cost effective compared to a number of others. They are quick and thorough. I think we've used them since 2012 or 2013.

We are happy to have found Maria House Cleaning after looking for a house-cleaning company for months! We just used this service for the first time. They were very responsive every time we left a message and they were always pleasant when they called. Plus, they were flexible in terms of timing and were able to work with our schedule. When cleaning our place, they were friendly, professional and thorough. We plan to continue using their service and recommend them to others as well.

My house had been quite neglected for several years, during my husband's illness and for the 3 years since he died. The cleaning crew did an admirable job and worked from 8am until 7pm. They did miss cleaning one window, but the remainder of the windows were cleaned very well. The floors were vacuumed, shampooed (or mopped) and came out beautifully. They cleaned on top of, behind and around everything. I am very pleased. I recommend this company to everyone.

We have been using this company for at least 5 years, maybe longer. They are flexible when we travel and the same employee comes every time which we like. They are professional and dependable and we trust them completely. We highly recommend them.

They did a great job! Things that had not been cleaned in months (ugh, perhaps years?) were bright and shiney and new again. What a great job... I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Since our first phone call with Maria Cleaning, they have been professional and prompt in their interactions and replies. We were assigned one cleaner for our small house (approx. 1,000 sq. ft.) for bi-weekly cleanings and she arrives on-time and is very professional. She does a great job deep cleaning and not just wiping the dust off of the surface. If there is ever anything specific we want her to focus on, all I have to do is ask. The day before each cleaning, we get a reminder call which is very helpful. During that phone call/message, they will also let us know if there are any changes to the set time the cleaner will arrive. We have used a few different cleaners in the past and are very happy with Maria Cleaning. We recommend them highly.

We receive biweekly cleaning services in our two story 3bed, 3ba home and have been very pleased with their punctuality, responsiveness to changes to our schedules, and thoroughness. Typically the same couple of cleaners come to our place so they know what our expectations and priorities are.

Everything is going well with the house cleaning service we opted for. From scheduling till follow up Maria house cleaning is very responsive and the best. No complaints as all my concerns are addressed and they work with me to meet my expectations.

I have had Maria's house cleaning service clean my all-hardwood floor town home five times now. I have had a consistent crew (husband&wife) that show up on time, are friendly, and do an excellent job. The prices are reasonable, they bring all of their own supplies, and work around my unfriendly cat without issue. My home is left dust free and smells great. Found them on Angie's list where they have many great reviews and an A rating (and discount offers!). Maria promptly answers emails and scheduling is open to my availability. Will continue to use their services.
