Description of Work: The couple who cleaned were lovely. I guess at the end of the time, they must have called Maria, came to me to say it would be another $35 to clean the floors. I think it would have been better to tell me that the next time they cleaned, it would have to take one more hour. I would have understood and be happy to pay more.

Description of Work: The maids worked very hard to clean some tough stains.

Description of Work: I contacted this company for a move-out cleaning. They cleaned everything, including appliances, inside closets and cabinets. Then they shampooed the carpets. They did such a great job I have hired them on an ongoing basis in my new house.

Description of Work: They came to our apartments and didn't have the proper tools or knowledge of what to do so we sent them away.

Description of Work: Maria's cleaning service is prompt with returning calls for service request and setting up appointments. They came out and very quickly cleaned (general cleaning service for small condo) and the cleaners were pleasant and friendly. I'd use them again and possibly ask them to expand services (window cleaning, dishes, etc.).

Description of Work: This engagement was a special offer through Angie's List. Although it was time limited, the two very nice ladies completed everything on my list except one. The job was well done. In a week since the cleaning, I have not found a nook or cranny where they missed. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: The scheduling was easy, done via email, and they were able to accommodate my request. What they got done, they did very well - no complaints at all on that. However the two folks who came to the house did not seem to speak English. Which generally is fine, but when I'm trying to tell them not to bother with dusting as I want to ensure they get the floors done, and they smile & not and then go on dusting, it's pretty clear they are not understanding. Maria asked for feedback, and I told her that and in return got a rant about how all her people were smart, going to college, etc. Hmmm... While I was happy with the work they did, I was a also a bit disappointed by how MUCH they were able to get done. I've had cleaners in before and two people should be able to finish in two hours, but these two did not, the upstairs floors weren't done at all (except the laundry room), which was disappointing. Overall I would not use them again. Oh, and I had to pay extra to get them to stay over their two hour time allotment so they could finish the floors, and it was $1.00 per MINUTE, so that was pretty steep, IMHO for housecleaning.

Description of Work: Two employees of the housecleaning service cleaned my house on May 19 from 3 to 5 p.m. They were very punctual and did a very good job. The only suggestion I would make is that her employees need to take "English as a Second Language" classes. It was quite difficult to communicate what I needed done.

Description of Work: The cleaner (also named Maria and from the Ukraine with good English) was on time, brought her own cleaning supplies and did each job I wanted done in record time. The bathroom and kitchen fixtures gleamed beautifully and she even scrubbed the kitchen and bathroom floors on her kness! For the first time in a very long time, the Kitchen floor was really clean from edge to edge. If I could afford this service on a regular basis I wouldn't hesitate to hire them!
