They do a great job! We have been using their service for over a year. We get the same cleaners and they are very thorough. Quality plus the price makes them a great value.

The cleaners showed up on time and with all the necessary materials. They did a great job on the bathrooms and bedrooms. There were a few misses, such as: - not moving the couch and sweeping/cleaning the floors underneath - not plugging in the stove elements - not wiping down ceiling fan blades, etc. - not wiping down the kitchen cabinets Their was a bit of a language barrier, but nothing that a bit of patience and understanding by both parties overcame. Overall, we would utilize the service again.

I contacted them to do a move-in cleaning with window washing at my new house and a move-out at my condo. My calls were always returned promptly, confirmation calls were placed the day before each job, and the jobs were completed excellently. I would use them again.

They do a very nice job with cleaning. I especially like how they polish my furniture! Also, Anna, the receptionist is fabulous. She is extremely professional and helpful and very responsive and accommodating. The cleaners are respectful and dependable. It is a wonderful service and I feel very well taken care of.

I would hire again. They were very nice people to have in our home and they were hard workers.

2 people arrived at my home and immediately began to get to work. I explained I needed deep cleaning for just a few of the rooms. My son had been staying with me for 6 months and the bathroom was a mess and the great room area had been let go all summer. I left them with my work number and went to work. When I returned home that night I was absolutely amazed with the bathroom, it looked just like before my son had come to stay. The great room was well cleaned, dusted and the laminate floors looked like brand new. They also did a wonderful job cleaning all of my appliances, including the microwave which was a disaster. The cupboards shined like brand new. I was truely happy with the wonderful job they did and will be setting up bi-weekly cleanings for the whole house. Thank you, Maria. Carol Taylor

They cleaned my 3.5 BA townhouse. They did a great job and will be cleaning for us on a regular basis.

The crew was a little late, about 15 minutes so no really big deal. They didn't speaker gfeat english, so a little hard to communicate with but we managed. They did a move out clean for me and did a fantastic job! My landlord was very inpressed with everything, and so was I. Definitely recommend.

Very responsive in calling me to schedule cleaning and to work out issues with the time the day of the cleaning. Cleaning was very thorough and price reasonable. All people that I had contact with were pleasant and eager to please. Will definitely use again if I need help with housecleaning.

We have used Maria House Cleaning off and on for the last few months. At a point finances were tight and we had to discontinue house cleaning. As soon as we could afford to reinstate their services we did. It was just such a pleasure to have that time back to dedicate to my two young children. Their work is very good compared to some of their competitors and their rates are very reasonable. They recently responded promptly and professionally to a missed cleaning item. For example at their last cleaning it had appeared that our hardwood floors had been mopped and not swept/vacuumed then mopped (something that has never happened before). I called the service and immediately they scheduled a redo of the floors for the very next day without any questions asked. I'm not usually someone who complains but knew that they would want me to be completely satisfied with their quality of work which I always have been. I am very satisfied with their service and hope to continue biweekly cleanings over the years to come with Maria House Cleaning.

I felt like the whole consult was not very friendly. I clearly had a sign at my front door that says to please remove your shoes and they were not removed. Usually businesses have booties for this situation so if she felt uncomfortable removing her shoes she should bring booties. It is not an unusual request. She proceeded into my house and she started to quickly walk through explaining what they do which all sounded great but the problem was is that when I would try to speak to tell her and explain what I did not want done like entering unused rooms that I would not need there service on she quickly cut me off and said they would do it anyway, or look at me funny and say okay in a rude tone. Then I was told they would polish my kitchen cabinet, table and other wood with pledge and I asked her to not use it because I simply just don't like it, she again questioned my reasoning and gave a bit of a rude tone. I felt she was not even looking at the shape of my house she just assumed a deep cleaning is needed which was weird because there is not one spec of dust or dirt on any window seal, ledge, base boards, doors, walls not anywhere, my house is new and everything in it is new and every single Friday I spend a lot of time cleaning all these item since I am very neat lady when it comes to my surroundings. This is reason I need help because I am pregnant and exhausted! She proceeded to tell me that if I didn't do the deep cleaning she couldn't promise the cleanliness of my house when they were done, but I felt that if they did everything she said they would do every week it would have been perfect! Her pricing seemed fair but I felt that if she would have took the time to listen to my needs I would have went with her company.

My experience overall has went excellently. They have a done a great job with the house cleaning. I find the pricing to be reasonable. I really like that htey have someone to call if you have questions. Their customer service is wonderful. The staff is friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company to others.

We had prepped the house for showing by removing a lot of things into storage so the areas were very clear and open. Maria came to assess the house and said she'd be sending a crew of 2 for 5 to 6 hours to clean our home for a cost of $250.00. She asked if we needed the windows cleaned. I said no as we had a window cleaning due to arrive a couple of days before Maria's crew would come in. Maria was provided a professional, quick assessment of our needs and scheduled a date for service. On the morning of service, three not two of her team showed up for a total duration of 3 + hours which we appreciated. Her team were very professional. They took their shoes off at the front door, had their own supplies and began immediately. On completion, the place was spotless. They had even touched up the windows where the window had missed and cleaned in the window tracks where the window guy SHOULD have and was paid to clean. They hand cleaned the oven despite it having a self clean option ( I just had not had a chance yet! They saved me one more chore!). We had about a month+ left in the house before closing and were going to engage Maria again to clean it for the new buyers but time slipped away too fast. If we had stayed we would have engaged Maria and her services on a more frequent basis. It would have been the first time we'd hired outside help with a house for both of us. If we were in the neighborhood we would most definitely use her again!!

They did a nice job and all went well until we had a disagreement about pay. I was quoted $250 for two cleaners for 5 hours . This is ten hours of total cleaning, but I received 6 hours of cleaning. They asked for $250. I offered $150 and they accepted that.

Everything was fine for 9 months and then the quality began to slip. Our regular person had to come back one time to clean up grease stain she said she did not leave. The shower was continually dirty as was the master toilet. Our regular person stopped coming and then we had different people each time. Finally we had to shop around for a new service since our home was no longer clean.

A married couple worked 3.75 hours on various tasks I requested

My primary reason for having someone come in is so I don't have to clean the bathrooms or kitchen floor. Over the course of several months, I found that an excellent job was done with vacuuming and dusting. The bathroom counters, around the rim of the sink, were never cleaned to my satisfaction. (Unacceptable when the cleaners leave and I wipe the rim of the sink with a kleenex and it turns yellow. Yuk!) Also, after several months of using this service, the grout in the bathroom tiles got progressively dirtier. The cleaners would wipe everything with a bleach based cleaning solution, but they didn't scrub. Enough said. The rooms weren't getting cleaned to my satisfaction. Also, beware. They cleaned the paint right off of my hand-painted ceramic pieces; items that I had collected from around the world, not to mention chipped a couple of them.

We started using Maria House Cleaning when they cleaned our rental house when we moved out. Now, we've arranged for bi-weekly cleaning of our new house. They call a day or so before the pattern that we've established for cleaning. We set the day and time, and two people come to clean to our specifications. We have not hired them to clean windows or change sheets on the beds, but those services are available for an additional fee. We've been pleased with their work and their professionalism.

Their communication with us was prompt and professional, and they made sure we got exactly what we wanted within the timeframe we requested. Because our job was small, I especially appreciated the attention and service we got--we're not a 'big dollar' account, but they treat us like we are. The cleaning is excellent. The initial clean had our kitchen looking like it has never looked before. The job is always very well done. We requested that the same person clean for us each time, and they have met that request. We are really delighted with all they are doing for us.

My experience has been great. I called on a Monday to get a quote for a deep clean on my house and then 2x monthly regular cleanings. I left a message, which was returned within 10 minutes. A walk-through estimate was scheduled for the next day. After the estimate, which I felt was quite fair, I was able to schedule the deep clean for the next day. Two people arrived at my house at the scheduled time and spent 5 hours cleaning! My hosue was so clean that the wood floors literally squeaked when I walked bare foot on them! After this, I have been getting regular cleanings every-other-week. I always get a phone call on Monday confirming my Tuesday appointment, and have had no trouble getting my clean moved to Wednesday if needed. The same team comes every time, and they always do a great job. The price is very good and wasmuch less than I was quoted by other companies. I am very happy with them.

Maria's Housecleaning did a fantastic job! They arrived on time and with all of the needed supplies. They were polite and professional. They did an in-depth cleaning of the entire area. They were even able to remove a stubborn porcelain stain that has had the better of me for several years! It was such a treat to come home to a beautifully cleaned house! I will definitely use their services again!

Maria's provided two cleaners to come at very short notice to do an emergency house cleaning. My parents were coming and my husband and I were both sick and overworked. They swooped in 20 minutes early, cleaned, swept, dusted, and mopped in short order. The house looked good, and I was able to do the little extra things I know my mother would notice. They were both really nice and seemed to like my two cats and my dog. I was very pleased, and I would definitely call them again.

.I was extremely satisfied with the work. Since then, I use the service once a month and am completely happy with the results.

I called last week to make an appointment to have Maria come out & give me a quote on our 3500 sq. ft. home that we wanted to be cleaned weekly. The appointment was for today, Monday, at 11am. Maria showed up at 11:55am, almost 1 hour late. We have 2 friendly dogs (a chocolate lab & a golden doodle puppy), she asked they be put away because she was afraid, and I complied. I then asked her if the dogs were going to be an issue when cleaning & she said yes then she promptly left. I have no idea how a house cleaning business can not work around/with dogs in a home as it is a fairly common occurance. This is completely unprofessional and it is an hour of my life I will never get back...EPIC FAIL Maria's Housecleaning.

The cleaners always arrive on time and and very nice. The only problem is that they do not speak English very well, which can make giving specific cleaning directions challenging. However, we seem to be able to get the general gist across and have been somewhat satisfied with the service. In general, I would say that they do surface cleaning only. I am pretty picky when it comes to housecleaning and there are some things that I am not 100% satisfied with. For instance, the quality of bathroom cleaning is pretty low. They do not put in any extra effort. There was pink mold in my bathtub tile grout that did not get cleaned...I finally scrubbed it off myself which was easy with some elbow grease! I talked with the owner about it and she told me the that the cleaners could not get it off. This made me really wonder how well they are even trying to clean! I also discovered that the underside of the bathroom sink had not been cleaned for a very, very long time. If anything is left on the floor, they just pile it up someplace and do not put it back. They leave my bedroom rugs on my bed (yuck!) and left the back hall mats outside. Some of this I can understand because they are just trying to get the cleaning done. However, they do not show much respect in this regard.
