Maria House Cleaning

The maid was punctual and worked very hard.

Housekeeper showed up on time, within the window given. She did an excellent job cleaning my house -- it needed a good spring cleaning by a professional! We do our best to keep up but between the teenagers and pets, this was money well spent. My only complaint was the individual who cleaned the house seemed upset she couldn't finish in the 4 hour window. We worked it out and I paid extra for an extra hour of her time (plus a nice tip) which I didn't mind. Overall, the price was great for the level of service received and my only recommendation is that when coming to a home for the first time, allow (and expect) some flexibility if needed.

Not so good. I would never use them again. The bottom line is, don't let the $99.00 special fool you. You're getting less than $99.00 worth of work.

I left work early to accommodate the appointment, and then the cleaners were late anyway. HOWEVER my special request to bump the cleaning from Saturday to Friday afternoon WAS accomplished, which was the most important thing to me, and I was very grateful they made it happen. I'd never had any housecleaning help before. Needing to declutter beforehand, and not being sure our old 1959 house would look any better afterwards anyway had always held me back. Two cleaners arrived, including a man and a woman. I was a bit unsure about a man, and the two were closed into my 5x10 bathroom for 1/2 an hour. Then they spent an hour in the kitchen, so it looked like they might not have time to dust the living/dining room and once-over the hardwood floors, but they DID accomplish it all and IT LOOKED AMAZING when they were done! Especially the bathroom, I'm sure the tub needed all the scrubbing the fellow's arms could muster, and some stubborn grease on the kitchen back splashes as well. Appliances looked great, and some very dusty surfaces in the living room were very nicely done. So funny that I didn't think our old house would look better, but it was like trying on contact lenses after years of smudgy glasses - WONDERFUL!

They did fine, but they did not clean the kitchen floors or bathroom floors. I also had a little trouble understanding them.

It was great! Easy to schedule. The house cleaner arrived right on time. She was professional, asked me my cleaning preferences and got right to work. She cleaned areas that I never would have thought of, and worked hard the entire 4 hours. My house has never looked so good! I would definitely use this cleaning service again.

She did a great job, was very thorough, and finished quickly. Because she finished early, she asked me if there was anything else she could do. Next time I will have her clean the whole house and pay for the extra time. Shortly after she left our home, Maria called to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

She was wonderful job. She was smart, seemed to enjoy her work, she was kinda funny. She cleaned the floors, she cleaned the bathrooms, she cleaned the showers, she was singing half the time. She just did such a good job I wanted to say that Luda did wonderful she is a jewel.

Maria was very friendly on the phone and with the scheduling process. The 2 people that came to clean didn't listen to my requests, asking that they not make beds, fold blankets, tide up (unnecessary things that I could easily do myself) I instructed that they do basic housecleaning i.e.: bathrooms, kitchen, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning the FLOORS. Well, because of the time "tiding" and not cleaning they ran out of time and did not clean the floors! Again, I had requested twice that the priorities included the floors!

Maria came to do the estimate and she was on time and gave me a very clear estimate. She didn't try to sell things that I don't need. In fact when I was asking for some services she told me that you don't need this right now as the carpet is in a really good shape etc. Actual cleaning; 2 people arrived on time and they did a very through job of cleaning. Every cabinet and every light bulb holder etc. I was impressed with their work.

It did not go good. They showed up an hour-and-a-half early and would not leave. They just sat in the driveway in the car. I did not think they did a very good cleaning job. I am going to try them again because I heard good things about them and they are very professional. The phone caller in the main office is very professional, but I don't think the people they sent out were the highest caliber.

A very pleasant young couple arrived promptly (early actually) and finished on time in accordance with Maria's estimate. We are delighted with the results and plan on having them clean our current house before we put it on the market.

I bought the Angie's list deal so the price was lower than I would expect to pay generally to have the house cleaned. Their person showed up on time. They were quiet and efficient and I did not need to correct them or ask for anything to be redone. I will use them again.

The office at Maria House Cleaning (Maria ?) returned my call promptly and they were able to schedule when I needed them. Two cleaners (one male & one female) arrived on time. When I tried to explain what I wanted the young lady indicated that I should speak to the young man because she didn't understand (much) English. Even when I explained what I wanted to the young man they still did their own routine. I wasn't really happy with the job they did because I had to go through and clean the areas that they didn't clean or didn't clean well. They were nice enough but they were expensive for what I received. I don't think I'll use them again.

They were fantastic!! They called & emailed to schedule the appointment & called after the service to see how we liked it. They did so well we asked them to come back!

I got the deal for my sister. She got it scheduled and they agreed to have 2 people out for 2 hours for the deal. They didn’t let her know and they just sent one person out. My sister had to call Maria to find out how she was going to collect on the fourth hour. The gal worked hard and did a really good job. She may use them again in the future.

Maria came at the appointed time to give an estimate for the cleaning of a 960 sq ft condo. The condo is located in Lower Kennydale, Renton. On the selected date Nelea and Lana arrived promptly, and then did an excellent job of really cleaning this condo, which has had cats living in it, taking great care to clean all surfaces as requested. The surfaces included all aspects of closets and cupboards, lino and tile floors, all walls and ceilings, and inside windows. I could not have asked for a better cleaning job. They were cheerful and friendly, filling the 4 hours with constant cleaning. I would highly recommend Maria House Cleaning, and appreciated the option of ongoing weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning, as part of their services. I would certainly use their services again.

They cleaned everything that I asked them to. They did a really good job. I wish that they would use environmentally friendly products. It was a great deal and I would use them again.

They were excellent. The house looks great and clean. I have a one-story house. They cleaned two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, TV room, and a couple of bedrooms. They were efficient, quick, very polite, very pleasant, and came on time. I would tell people to hire them. They were very good. Their cleaning was great. They were early.

Job was just okay. Left some small debris on floor. Tile in showers and on countertops not as clean as I had hoped. Some mildew still left at grout lines.

I think they did a good job. I'm pleased with the service.

Took advantage of a Big Deal to get a thorough spring cleaning. They came on time and did a good job. We're going to have them come once a month.
