Maria House Cleaning

The cleaners were excellent and very hardworking. In addition to normal cleaning of surfaces, they wiped doors, windowsills, window tracks, light switches and did a very thorough job dusting and vaccuuming. Very happy with the job they did and plan to use Maria Housecleaning for regular bi-weekly cleaning in the future.

The service went well. I was very pleased with what they had done. They completed the service within the 4 hour time frame and brought their own supplies. One person came out for the job and she was remarkably efficient. Scheduling went very smoothly.

A team of two came in and got to work right away. They did a great job and paid attention to details.

It did not go well. They did not do a great job. Kitchen floor hardly looks like it was done. Hard wood floors were left with puddles of water on them. Bath floor looked like Kitchen floor. Spigots in both bathrooms still had smears on them, looking as though they barely wiped them down. Coffee table had stuff on it that it didn't have when they started. Crumbs were left between grills on the stove because they did not remove the grills parts to adequately clean them. While I think one of the cleaning woman saw the disappointed look on my face, she quickly explained that they generally do a much more detailed job if given time and if I paid extra. That was company policy. I understand what a deep clean is and ensuring that floors are adequately cleaned (with no puddles of standing water on hardwood) doesn't involve a detailed cleaning. It involves doing a basic job well. I am very disappointed with this service and will not be hiring them back any time soon.

Maria House Cleaning was very diligent in following up with us after we purchased this Angie's List special. They continued to contact us and stay in touch although we didn't call back. Once we did decide on a date and time; the house cleaners arrived on time and completed a lot of work in two short hours. I was impressed with their speed and the cleanliness of the home. Our wood floors are still "squeaky" clean. Very impressed with the work performed and will definitely use them again.

They were actually there early! Did a super job!

Vacuumed, mopped and dusted. They also did my neighbors home. They were gracious, on time and polite. They seemed genuinely concerned that they did a good job.

It started with an Angie's List deal. They did a good job. They called ahead of time to schedule the appointment. They called as a reminder that there would be a couple of days before the appointment. They showed up on time. They followed up with a call to ask for a feedback afterwards.

Everything looked very clean and orderly when they were done. They did watch their time to keep track of when their two hours were up and did get everything I requested done. I would use them again.

It is an excellent company. I have a person's name Luda who comes to the house and works very efficiently. She does a very nice and complete job. She spends around 3 hours in the house. She does what I request. I paid $90 for 3 hours. The price is pretty standard.

I gave it to my daughter as a gift. She was very pleased. The price was just right.

Two people (a male and a female) came out to clean and they have done a thorough job of cleaning in 2 hours. They followed any additional instructions I gave them and they also went out of their way to clean the bathrooms which was great.

There were no additional charges. It was a husband and wife who did the work and they were absolutely awesome. We did a quick orientation and the job turned out to be good. They were very professional, listened attentively to my instructions, and did nothing but their job. I was thinking of calling them to see if they could come on a regular basis but I haven't had the time to do that.

They arrived on time, brought their own equipment and did a great job. They even cleaned the window blinds. I definitely will use them again.

Used Maria's House Cleaning for quite a while. The first 2-3 times were great, then the work became sloppy & the cleaner(s) would leave after 1/2 hour to 45 minutes, not knowing I was in our barn watching them. Multiple cleaners, all with the same name. When I tried to discuss the issue with Maria, she never called me back and things started disappearing after they cleaned, like all my cameras. I would not recommend them to anyone. Funny that they keep putting advertisements in my newspaper slot, after I fired them

I'm very satisfied with their work. The cleaners arrived promptly, worked continuously, asked questions when I was unclear in what I wanted done next, and were very considerate. Based on this, I will consider hiring this service for regular (not sure of frequency) service. I saw other comments that Maria's service was more expensive than some; I have not had house cleaners in several years so I cannot comment on that. This was a GREAT deal. As for Maria herself, she was very prompt in responding once I bought the deal, we agreed on a date that I proposed that was very soon after I purchased the deal, and she followed up just as she said she would.

It was awesome! She stayed the whole 4 hours. She was very professional. I gave her a tour of the house and listed my priorities. She got done everything I wanted done and even a little more! She was fabulous! Maria called me later to make sure everything was fine. In fact, I am most likely going to hire her once a month.

Two cleaners came out for the job and they cleaned for two hours. They dusted and vacuumed in the basement. They cleaned all three of my bathrooms. I really liked working with them. They were very nice.

The two individuals, Vera and Victor, arrived at exactly the time agreed upon. They brought all the equipment and supplies needed to complete the cleaning. Great attention was shown to details...dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing all surfaces including the inside of two microwaves. We were very pleased with their work and their professionalism. Everything was done just as we had requested.

They called me right away to get scheduled. My cleaner was Luda and she did a great job. She was on time and brought her own equipment. She did as I asked – swept & mopped, and vacummed the bedroom. It took her 3 hours to do, as I have a small house. She worked the entire time. They called me afterwards to follow up, and when I said I'd only used 3 of the 4 hours, they said I could have a 3rd hour free if I bought 2 hours worth of cleaning in the future.
