Maria House Cleaning

We have been using Maria house cleaning services for last 5 months and are very happy with our experience. They are very detailed and do a thorough job. They are punctual and the crew of two is typically quick to finish the work in time. Also, Maria is very flexible with scheduling the cleaning appointments.

The team cleaned my house from top to bottom. When I came home after work the sun was shining through the clean windows and the house sparkled. All three floors. It looked and smelled like a new house. I especially appreciate the cleaning of the bathroom tiles/grout, the shower stall and glass door. The kitchen is also a priority since I do a lot of cooking. And they came through with flying colors. I am very fortunate to have found Maria House Cleaning on Angie's list.

Excellent service. Maria is very responsive - the first to respond when we contacted multiple house cleaners. Curious and helpful and made it work in our timeframe. Regular cleanings are done very well. Far exceed our previous house cleaners and so much easier to work with and friendly. We highly recommend Maria!

The cleaning team arrived on time and immediately set to work. They cleaned all rooms of our house over the course of the visit. We have subsequently contacted them to continue a regular cleaning schedule.

We are very pleased with our weekly cleaning at the community center. They are very punctual and professional. They go the extra mile to make things look great. I would highly recommend them.

The cleaners were a few minutes late but that was not a problem. I have wood and tile floors. None were done without streaking or things still stuck to the floors. Same with tables. One table from afar looked great and shiny until you got close and found they did not wipe it down except with a shiny substance. I gave them a "C" because they did dust well but that is not all there is to cleaning a house.

Scheduling was easy and they came out as promised but it didn’t go as well as my wife would have liked. They weren’t discourteous, but their thoroughness was lacking. This experience was bought as my wife’s Christmas gift. They came out and were responsive, but they weren’t thorough.

My cleaning team has been diligent, thorough and trustworthy. They have responded to my scheduling needs and work hard to bring my house back to a "baseline" clean. This frees up time for me to organize, plan or keep appointments. I am pleased to have had consistent service from the same couple for over a year!

It went really well. There was a man and woman. She didn’t speak English very well, but I think we communicated well and she did a fabulous job. She did plenty of work.

We initially asked Maria House Cleaning for an estimate of how much it would cost to do a deep cleaning of the house. This included shampooing the rugs. They arrived at an estimate right away and immediately got to work. We were so pleased with their services that we are now asking them to come in twice a month for a regular cleaning. They are very thorough, punctual and great communicators. I would highly recommend them to everyone who is looking for a clean house!!!!

They were very careful and neat and did everything I asked for. Used initiative and did a very good job. Punctual and pleasant.

I have had troubles in the past with cleaning services either not showing up at the appointed time or not doing the job when they got here. I have used Maria House Cleaning service twice now and they have shown up on time, worked hard to get the job done, and left me feeling happy. They leave my bathrooms and kitchen spotless, vacuum, dust and polish and leave things looking and smelling good. I am having them come in every other week and as long as they continue to perform and are punctual, I will continue using them. Based on my previous experience, they are a cut above.

Maria was on time, very professional and pleasant to deal with. Her crew arrived right on time and did excellent work, very thorough. The were foreign, and there was some slight difficulties with communication, but I emphasize the slight. They were very nice and did an amazing job, very satisfied.

They cleaned excellent the first time, but the second time was not at all up to their previous work, or my standards. I also did not like their cleaning products.

Following the cleanings house did not have the "just cleaned" refreshing smell that should be apparent when you enter your home. In fact, I couldn't tell that they had even cleaned my apartment. Visible dust still remained on most of my furniture including ceiling fans. Also, they didn't bother to straighten but only "dust around" items on tables and such. Mirrors and appliances had visible streaks also. I was not at all pleased with the service even after they sent two people back out to supposedly redo the job; which proved a waste of time as well. Unfortunately my search for good housekeeping in the Seattle area continues.

Very reasonably priced & a job well done. They showed up during the time that was quoted & cleaned our new home thoroughly. We were very pleased.

They were great and I am very happy with their service.

The folks who showed up were very nice but quite. They worked very hard and did a really great job. Only drawback was they took a bit longer that forecasted and a few very minor spots were missed. All in all we really enjoyed the service we received an will be hireling them again.

They do a good job. Available when my schedule allows.

I had two services from Maria House Cleaning. A "deep" Cleaning and a Touch up service, 4 days apart. After each of the services was rendered, I wanted to pay in cash but the employee's had no receipt, I contacted the main office who stated they would email a receipt. I have yet to receive any receipt, after contact with the company they claimed they would email a receipt asap. Days passed and still no receipt. After the second service was rendered and I paid in cash again with no receipt, I discovered that $700 was missing from my wallet. I immediately contacted them via phone and only got Voice mail. After 3 calls to leave a Voice mail, I finally got a call back from the main office scheduler stating that the Owner would call me back, 6 days has passed and I have not received a call back, nor have I received a receipt. As far as the theft of $700 there was no one else in the house during that time. I believe they are negligent on the theft and not reporting payments in cash to the state for proper tax payments. I have not yet had the opportunity to speak with the owner about the settlement for the theft, and at a minimum I would like a total refund of the services rendered from the company which total $690.00 this would not only refund the amount stolen from my house but would satisfy me and put their company in good standing. Very good cleaning job! Punctual and very easy to work with. The two women who came worked very hard for over 7 hours. All cleaning needs were met and exceeded!
