Description of Work: Total waste of time. I told them on the phone before they came out that I only needed to replace a couple of windows that were broken. They came out, looked at the two windows I needed replaced, sat in their car for an hour to figure out the price and then when they came back with an extremely high price said that they couldn't just do two windows! They weren't willing to fix the broken windows I had.

Description of Work: Lake Washington Windows and doors replaced two doors and three windows in our home. From the timely manner of meeting for the bid, Eric was professional and communicated every step of the way. The office staff was very professional and assisted me with details through email, often answering within the hour! We have a second project pending with the company and I would not hesitate to recommend them for any window or door needs. The installers were even quoted as coming for a two day job and finished in one! Outstanding customer service and product!

Description of Work: Salesman came out and gave us an estimate and when we contracted them, Peter came out and measured our windows to have them made. They are acylic and we had 6 windows installed. They were Milgaurd Windows. They finished installing in one day. Peter and his crew.placed carpet covers on the floors and helped to prepare for installation. They were very fast and efficient. We love the new windows and it should save us on our gas bill. We would use them again.

Description of Work: These guys are absolutely amazing! I have the utmost respect for a company who is always willing to do the right thing. Let me explain. I bought a new house a year ago. It had been let go by the builder and signed over to the bank from whom I purchased. The house didnt have screens on it at the time. After contacting the window manufacturer they said that the original contractor was now out of business and had not paid for the windows or screens (Queen Anne Window). The manufacturer subsequently gave the contact info for two of their recommended contractors who I could purchase screens. Adrian Au originally took my call, and couteously passed my information to Ryan Roberts (Lake Washington Window). In a few days, Ryan replied to me that my screens would be delivered in a few days. I was in shock. I had expected a quote. The folks at Lake Washington Window handled the whole thing without charge. I am deeply grateful for their professional approach to my unique problem.
