Description of Work: I had a significant amount of water damage to a rental cottage. Jack removed walls and flooring that were moldy. Replaced sub-flooring in living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Fixed water leaks, replaced walls, textured and painted. Reinforced the floor under toilet, installed new tub surround, vanity and sink. Installed new cabinetry and counter tops in kitchen. Installed new laminate flooring in living room, kitchen and bath. Replaced all baseboards in pine to keep with the look of a rustic cottage. As he did the construction, we found a very dangerous problem with the way the wood stove had been installed. He went out of his way to re-install all the proper venting pipes. They cleaned up at the end of each day's work, even though the cottage was not occupied at the time. They hauled all the construction debris away and left the cottage in very good order. He worked with me to try to keep to my budget. He is kind and very professional. His skills and abilities are astounding. I would most assuredly recommend Jack to anyone, and will use his services for any other projects that come up. He responded to my inquiries very quickly, worked steadily and quickly, and was honest with me about all the things that were needed. Wonderful experience!!!

Description of Work: It was a real easy job (for them) to install a cat door. I'm thankful they allowed such a small job considering they probably handle much larger projects. A+

Description of Work: I had rollers installed in some of my kitchen cabinets to make things more easily accessible. Also, had Jack re-oil and steel wool some of the cabinets that have had some hard use. They look like new again! The rollers work just as I anticipated, and I am delighted with the job.
