Initially, I asked another company to do a rodent inspection. They did a very through inspection, but their bid for the actual sealing work and pest control package was kind of expensive. I called this company and asked for a bid. Scott gave me a really reasonable bid. He is very knowledgeable about rodents' behaviors and identified that the rodents causing problems were deer mice. His approach is very holistic and humane. He avoids unnecessary sealing work and focuses on prevention, not killing them. He is also very sensitive about my feelings associated with killing animals and insects. He was careful about removing dead mice so that I did not have to see them as well.

It went well. He came out and he was real punctual. He applied the chemical/bait and the ants are gone. He is going to follow up, I think it's three visits. We will set up the follow up time for him to come back. He did an inspection inside in all the areas we saw and also walked us around the outside and told us what we needed to do as far as trimming back trees for rodent control. He also recommended someone that he uses for that service.

Scott called the day we purchased his rodent exclusion package deal on Angie's List and arranged an appointment for the next day, which was a Saturday. Was on time. Very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. He listened to all of our concerns and carefully inspected the attic, crawl space, outside of the house and the kitchen. Set traps in the attic, crawl space and under the kitchen sink. Took lots of photos of the attic and crawl space, and identified areas of concern and places to seal. Sealed several holes under the kitchen. Reviewed the photos with us with a schematic of the house and trees that overhang the roof. Gave us estimates for rescreening many of the crawlspace vents and using concrete sealing where our concrete patio and stairs meet the bottom of our siding. Also recommend a reasonably priced arborist to trim ore remove overhanging trees.

Scott was so positive and confident he could take care of them. It was excellent costumer service, he was insistant on coming back if we needed extra help. I have never worked with a company that was so helpful. He talked us through everything, even if I wanted to go to someone else he was still very helpful and there for us. I would recommend him to anyone.

Scott from Green City Pest came to our house after I had had it with the cob webs, spiders and the mice in the garage and laundry room. ICK! He spent a great deal of time inspecting and collecting information and reviewing the situation with me and asking me what level of results we wanted. This is a huge house and property and Scott asked a lot of questions to make sure he addressed all of our problem areas and issues. He treated our home like his own and was mindful of our family pets (3 dogs). He sent me an estimate in a few days complete with photos to show my other half what we were dealing with. The cost was extremely good for the amount of labor involved and materials. Scott had the project carefully organized and planned. We accepted his proposal for treatment, repairs and the insulation replacement. He is a very hard worker and tackled the job with quick efficiency. We are so pleased with the quality work and the results we had with Scott's company. We have not had issues with spiders, ants, mice or cobwebs since his initial treatment. I can't say enough how pleasant it is to contract a job and its done without issue and the results are as you expected or better! I will use Green City Pest again and refer all my family and friends.

Scott was right on time and very professional. He took lots of photos and notes. We are very interested in improving the insulation and reducing moisture. I was worried about the level of moisture as I know that can lead to certain types of bugs. He looked it all over and at the end of the day we don't have much to worry about. He was forthcoming on the jobs he is best at. I would highly recommend Scott for anyone as they can be assured he will document and educate on the specific nature of any concerns.

We called Green City Pest Control when we rented our commercial building to a food bank organization. We were super concerned our tenants activities may destroy the building during their tenancy. We spoke to Scott Dideon at Green City Pest Control and he confirmed our concerns were valid having previous experience preforming pest services to other food banks. He recommended an inspection complete with photos to create a baseline of activity prior to tenancy and also recommendations for improvements to prevent pests. He was very thorough, professional and knowledgable. His workmanship was better than we could have done ourselves and that of our handyman. Every detail was addressed and perfectly performed. We ended up contracting Green City Pest to do the repair and preventative measures he recommended and asked him to provide a quote to our tenants operating the food bank. The food bank people were equally impressed with his workmanship, expertise and freee recommondations for the storage of food and rodent prevention that they also contracted him to do their quarterly pest maintenance. Scott went further by making it very affordable for them since they were a non-profit organization. We were so pleased with his service we contracted him for our home when we were invaded by tiny black ants and some deer mice and he has been amazing there too. We feel very fortunate to have contracted an honest, reliable company to protect our commercial property and our home.
