Description of Work: Came to my house and inspected crawl space for rodent incursion. Performed well and convinced me I needed some work to deter rodents and fix areas that they could access my house ($169 + tax). I asked the owner for a RFP to fix problem areas. He never responded back.

Description of Work: Set rat traps. Looked under house. Mix up on service dates. Now, looking back seems overpriced for every other month service to check rat traps.

Description of Work: They came and initially just talked with us for half an hour to see what issues we were having. We called them because we were having ants and Paul their tech was incredible. Neat, very knowledgeable, thorough and told me exactly what they were doing. The first treatment at the house was very effective and skipped all the previously used toxic chemicals. They also inspected for spiders, other pests and rodents. The 1st follow-up visit was equally good and they continue to exceed my expectations at every turn. Each time Paul shows up he does more than I expect and its all included in their monthly service. I love these guys.

Description of Work: They sprayed for spiders after clearing away cobwebs from all roof eves. Then they set bait traps and glue strips for mice. We'll know in a month or so how well everything worked.

Description of Work: Needing pest control services, I called this company last week and left a message but did not hear back. I called again today intending to leave another message but "the mail box was full and not accepting any more messages". In spite of their good reviews I found the lack of response quite unprofessional and disappointing and have found another provider.
