Scapes Northwest

I wanted classic-looking brick pavers installed in a parking strip surrounding planting areas and chose Scapes Northwest after contacting several professionals in the area. I began with a rough idea of what I wanted it to look like, described this and got very helpful feedback and suggestions for both functionality and aesthetics. The job was finished within the stated time and the result is fantastic. I would hire this company again without hesitation and will definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking for quality, professional paving or landscape work.

Brian Lindemuth, the President of Scapes Northwest, Inc. was great to work with. We discussed our project over the phone and then he came out to get a visual of our space... not all of my quotes were willing to stop by before writing up an estimate. He was friendly, knowledgeable and had a lively energy about his business that I really connected with. He understood my concerns regarding the scope of the project as well as our budget restraints. He did a great job of working a great project into our small budget. He checked in with us and his crew daily. His crew was also knowledgeable, responsible and respectful while they were on site.

When I hire a contractor to do a job, I expect timely replys to phone calls and emails, and showing up to the property on time as set up. Brian and Scapes Northwest employees were friendly, prompt. and did the job as it was bid. I am very happy with their work, and would recommend them as a contractor. Steve

My neighbor and I needed a 30 foot long boulder wall rebuilt: 50% new boulders, excavate, drain tile, debris removal / disposal, and landscape fabric. Brian worked diligently with both of us to ensure our questions were answered by phone, email, and in person - BEFORE he even got the job. His team showed up on time, worked quickly, did a great and clean job. We got 4 bids - Brian's was best in all respects including pricing. But it's more than pricing at Scapes NW - it's about service and Brian has that in spades! Excellent customer service at Scapes NW. Yes, yes, yes.

Brian and his crew did a wonderful job on our project. Not only did we appreciate all the muscle that went into it, we also appreciated the design work and the attention to detail. Brian communicated well with us throughout the project and his crew were always prompt, courteous, and neat. We love how it all turned out!

Brian was well informed, and a pleasure to work with. Worked with our ideas and interjected his own ideas. His crew were hard workers and showed up as expected each day. The project turned out better than expected and on budget. We added a few alterations to the landscaping and an addtional fence and these costs were well in line. We gave 3 bidders pretty much the same outline to follow for costs and Brians was 1/2 of the other two. I cant imagine the other 2 designs and workmanship would have turned out as good as ScapesNW. Would recommend them highly to anyone.

Brian and his crew did excellent work building a retaining wall in a very tight space between my property and my neigbhor's. He dealt skillfully with my neigbhor who was quite challenging through the whole process and helped smooth relations. The project was done on time and within the budget. I highly recommend him.

The men do great work - started and finished the wall and new fence in the time estimated. No "surrprise" costs, which was greatly appreciated.

Brian and his crew installed a beautiful holland paver patio in our new home. The work was on time and on budget. They were professional, courteous, and made sure they cleaned up after themselves. We were so pleased with the execution of the job that we are having him bid on our remaining backyard landscape design.

Brian was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He did not try to sell anything that wasn�t needed. The work was done right and on budget; it definitely exceeded my expectations. The quality of the work was out of this world. They even handled existing vegetations carefully and even replanted them as needed. The customer service was excellent. There was a current flow of communication. My neighbors have decided to hire Scapes Northwest based on the quality of my finished project. I would definitely hired them again in the future.

I needed a retaining wall built in a very short time frame. Scapes NW agreed to complete the job within my parameters. I got a further discount for paying cash; gave half the money up front and materials were delivered that day, a Friday. Wall was to be built before Monday, because I had a hydro-seeding job scheduled. Due to unforeseen circumstances they did not show up on Saturday. I called and emailed about my job, and did receive an email on Sunay. They came out first thing Monday morning and completed the wall as promised. Aside from stressing out about the no-show for 24 hrs, I am completely satisfied with the work.

They did excellent work and were very good about cleaning up afterwards. I found them to be very committed to ensuring that we were happy with the total look of our yard. It looks great and we are happy with our decision to hire them.
