They not only do great work, but they are honest. I didn't have a need to have my roof cleaned this year, so he didn't charge me for the service call or any repairs.

They were on time, knowledgeable and seemed to do a careful job. Also pleasant to work with.

They were awesome. They were very punctual. The guy who did the work was the owner and he was really nice. I was sick at that time and he offered to get me soup. It was pretty amazing. I would use their services in the future too.

We had a leaking roof and had another roofer out twice to fix it but still leaked. Nate came out and promptly diagnosed the problem and fixed it correctly. No more leaks!!!! He also pressure washed and treated our shake roof. He was very professional, easy to work with and did a fantastic job. Our neighbors are jealous and have used him as well. On top of that, he is just a wonderful person!!

I called Nate to get an estimate on a Tuesday. He arrived later that day to provide an assessment and estimate. I had to get the job done quickly because we were having photos taken of our house the following Tuesday so it could be listed. I didn't call Nate back until Thursday, but he was still able to rearrange his crews to get a crew out on Friday to clean, Sunday to repair and Monday to treat and make my deadline. His responsiveness and flexibility are outstanding, his crews are very professional and the roof looks FANTASTIC.

They did an estimate within the same week that I called. Then they went over the estimate and scheduled the initial cleaning. The roof has to dry and there has to be no rain the day it's treated. They said they'd show up on Wed for cleaning, but came on Thurs instead without a call, which was not a big deal. However, I was disappointed with the scheduling for the treatment. I was told three times it would be a couple days, or next week. This is after calling them- they never called to keep me updated. Despite good weather it didn't happen until the very end of the third time frame they told me. I wouldn't have minded so much if they just told me from the beginning it would be a few weeks out, but I didn't appreciate having to bug them repeatedly for information. I was happy with the overall results though and it looked like a new roof when they were done.

Nate provided an estimate and did the work himself. Because we have an open air atrium in the center of our house, he used air to clean the roof and gutters to minimize the mess and avoid damage to plants and pottery. He performed the service in a timely fashion and was respectful of our space and privacy. Everything was completely cleaned up after the service. I would highly recommend Nate and Alpine Gentle Roof Cleaning to anyone.

The service provided could not of been better. Brian was the best and spent 8 hours+ cleaning and treating roof and cleanup was more than i could of ever expected. Simply the best.

The workman showed up promptly and did an excellent and very thorough job cleaning the roof, he couldn't apply the moss treatment on the same day as it had begun to rain. He came back a few days later and applied the moss treatment. My only complaint was the estimator said that everything would be cleaned up, my mistake was thinking that meant the debris would be removed, but the workman said no, they don't remove it, they just sweep it up. So he swept all the debris removed from the roof (which was a lot as my house is under lots of doug fir trees) into big piles which were left on my lawn, my garden and my patio. It took me over a month of filling my yard debris container to the rim and the regular yard debris pickup service for me to get all the debris out of my yard.

Everything went smoothly. I never did meet the owner because we were able to do everything via email and phone. But he was very nice and responded promptly every step of the way. I emailed him a photo of my house so he could determine the pitch (steepness). Then he stopped by because he had another job in the neighborhood and he left me a quote. I called & accepted and maybe three days later I had a sparkling clean roof when I came home from work. It looks great and I'll be sure to have him come back every three years or so when the moss comes back.

Very well. They came and gave me a good estimate, with a few options. They spent about 8 hours cleaning the roof, it was dirty, but did not have much moss. It looked great. Then they repaired some bad spots of the roof. They had to replace some building paper that the original roofer had missed. They cleaned my skylights for me as well. Then treated the roof. It really looks great and looks almost new. They told me I had another 8 to 10 years of life of the roof. I was glad to hear that.

They gave me a three year warranty on their work. They did very good work. They were on time and they got the job done in a timely manner. They were very competitive with pricing. I got called back within thirty minutes of the one time I had to leave a message.

It was a fairly good experience, they were prompt to get back to us, they seemed to do a pretty good job, the pricing was reasonable, I feel I got my money's worth.

We picked up a brochure at the Home show in February and contacted Nate shortly after that. He completed the estimate in June. Some interim communication would have helped. We had given up and scheduled the cleaning with another company. However, after talking with Nate and viewing a house that he applied the sealant 4 years ago, we decided to go with Alpine Gentle Roofing. He worked us into his schedule because we had a deadline. Nate was on site for the entire process. The cleaning took 2 people an entire day. I've had the roof cleaned a couple of times before and it is a very messy process. Nate and his assistant took great care cleaning up the mess. On a second trip, they replaced about 25 tiles. Five days after pressure washing, they applied the sealant. This took about 1-1/2 days. They were very careful to protect the siding, deck, and plants by covering with plastic tarps. We are thrilled with the results.

We have used Alpine Gentle Roof Cleaning for a number of years and have always been happy with the service on all levels. The owner, Nate, is very knowledgeable about roof care and we trust him and his workers. I scheduled the roof care with Nate and his worker who came out to do the cleaning was professional and personal and cleaned up afterwards. Then, about a week later after the heavy rains stopped, another worker came out to replace the shakes. He also was professional and personal and got right to work. Then, once again after several days of rain and when we had a small stretch of dry weather, the original guy came back out to do the treatment.

I cannot tell you how well this company does jobs since we did not get to that point.

The entire job went very well. I reached someone right away when I called the first time. We agreed that I would email photos of the roof and that they would send an estimate by mail. I received the estimate a few days later. The person who did the work showed up on time and got right to work. The roof looks great and he did a reasonable job with clean up. I would use this company again.

Nate was very courteous and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions, helping me to decide which of two cleaning methods to use. He was very forthcoming about the cost, and mailed me two written estimates. His crew did the work as scheduled; the roof and gutters were cleaned well, and they also did a very good job of cleaning up after the work. They returned three weeks later when the weather permitted, and applied the preservative when they performed the repairs. The cost was actually $500 less than the estimate, as they found that the roof only needed a few shakes replaced/repaired. This showed a lot of integrity. I will be using them again when I need roof repairs or cleaning.

Overall experience was very good. Telephone service was excellent, very thorough explanation of the specific work that was to be accomplished and specifically how it was to be performed. Clean up was very thorough.

ESTIMATE WAS GIVEN WITHIN 24 HOURS. ESTIMATE SEEMED FAIR AND REASONABLE. ALSO COMMENTED THAT WORK WOULD NOT PROBABLY HAVE TO BE REPEATED FOR TWO YEARS. DIDN'T HAVE TO MENTION THAT! COMPANY CALLED AFTER WORK WAS DONE TO CHECK ON MY SATISFACTION.
