Description of Work: Alpine was very prompt and professional and a great value. I would highly recommend using them. They assessed my job quickly, got my job on the books and did the work on schedule. The team very was professional and cleaned up every evening. I am very happy we used their service. The other companies we called either were much higher or didn't call back!

Description of Work: We had to do a last minute roof repair in order to facilitate a real estate closing. The buyer gave us short notice of repairs needed prior to closing, and Nate was very responsive and worked us into his schedule as he knew we were on a tight time frame. He was very thorough in telling us what needed to be done and why, and kept us fully informed regarding his schedule. We couldn't ask for a better experience and would recommend him highly for any roof repair, replacement, or maintenance.

Description of Work: I wasn't at home when the crew showed up to clean my roof. |When I got home after work on Friday my roof looked close to how it looked when the house was built. The area around the house was cleaned up. They even moved the cushions that I had stored under my deck table, cleaned the deck the table and the chairs. |There was a bill in my door. I called up left a message and within the hour they had called me back and I paid the bill full while on the phone. |In three years when my roof needs attention I will be calling them back.

Description of Work: Nate did a great job. He cleaned and treated the roof for moss, pressure washed the driveway, sidewalks, patio, wood deck and patio furniture.

Description of Work: Washed roof and replaced ridge caps, replaced 5 squares of cedar shakes. Their tech Brian did his usual very thorough and professional job on the wash and their roofers arrived in mid afternoon but kept working until the job was finished.

Description of Work: He was great, came out and did a fantastic job cleaning the roof and doing moss protection. Gave us some pointers on maintenance. He also put a cap on one of the chimney openings that was not capped. This required an extra trip to do. They inspected the other caps that were already there and found no leaks, but promised to come back to repair if there were leaks. They returned when we had a very small leak into the fireplace and repaired it happily. We think they are great and will use them again.

Description of Work: I spoke to the manager of Alpine Roof Cleaning to help me out in an emergency with the roof of my house. He was extremely helpful and courteous and left me with a very good impression. At the very last minute I had to pull out of our arrangement, but he was still very understanding and pleasant to me. I feel strongly that I would like to work with this company in the future, because of my positive exchanges with them and their willingness to step in with the best advice and support and also their reliable and quick return calls. I am very appreciative and would like to make people aware of this company and their professional response.
