I highly recommend A Paradise Construction! First off, the final product (a driveway and sidewalk) looks fantastic. We even had a decorative brick circle put in as part of the driveway area and it looks beautiful. Their work was efficient, I liked all of their workers, they left the site tidy each day, they finished on time, the price never went up (no hidden additional costs), and Ben was communicative and easy to work with. I am so glad we found them. I would absolutely use them for future projects.

Ben and his team did an excellent job on our stamped concrete patio, retaining wall, and concrete front porch. Overall quality and customer service was fantastic. I will use them again for future projects.

Each step in the driveway replacement was started and completed by the stated timeline. The craftsmanship was amazing and everything was cleaned up and tidied after each work session. Ben was personable and interested in providing excellent service. The crew was friendly with exceptional attention to detail. I would highly recommend this company!

Ben is the best. Excellent communication. Did exactly what he promised. On schedule and on budget. Great team. They worked really well together. Took the time to do the job right. I have several rentals and work with many contractors and A PARADISE stands out as a very professional company.

We hired Ben and his crew to replace our driveway and stairs. They showed up on time, completed the project within only 3 days, and came back afterwards to clean up everything brilliantly. The work is so good that all my neighbors are asking for his contact info. 10/10 would hire again

The end result was good. They ran into some problems along the way. Most were out of there control due to the way the house was originally built etc... When digging out the drain in the driveway they were using the claw digger and ripped the main waterline out after my husband asked them to check the area. So that evening the owner brought out a retired plumber to fix it so we'd have water that night. The plumber did a hatchet fixing it. We ended up having to pay over $900 to have another plumber come fix it later. They poured a small retaining wall, replaced our old driveway and replaced our steps up to our front door. Once the job was completed they needed to come back to cut a drain because the cement settled in a spot on the steps and water wouldn't dry, just puddle. They did fix it finally after I repeatedly contacted the owner. I'm glad it's over.

Ben and his crew removed our 30 old driveway and walkway. They turned out to be just what we wanted and expected from the contractor - they worked as a team, were responsible, on time and organized. Cost was reasonable and fair. Our driveway and walkway look great. They cleaned up all the garbage and dirt after the work. Ben and his crue did a very good job and we are very happy with our result. Without any hesitation and doubt we can definately recommend this company.

At first, my experience with Ben was fantastic, appeared to be very focused on customer service which is one of the reasons I will hire a company. His team overall did excellent work and was on time, but on the day of the pour, it rained 2 hours into the process. Totally realize this was something that can happen and is out of their control, but Ben emphasized they would fix any damage caused by the rain. The rain caused numerous areas that needed to be fixed and two cracks appeared on each side of the driveway. I contacted Ben and sent pictures. During the first couple of calls, he responded they would fix the issues, and even arranged one day to do so, but then nothing happened. I continued to attempt to make contact via phone and text over the next 4 months, but by that time it was winter so stopped contact until Spring. I tried one more time, but no response. Sadly the cracks are getting larger, and the damaged areas are unsightly. I waited to do this review hoping that throughout the summer he would contact us in good faith. It is clear now, at the start of October, a year later, it is not going to happen. If the problems had been addressed I would have given him a 5 star, but at this point, we spent a lot of money on a project that I at least expected some sort of follow-up and good faith. Customer service is so important, but that includes from beginning to end. Yes, I made the major mistake of believing this and paid the balance the day the team was cleaning up. Ben never came on the last day or to inspect the final project after the rain incident.

Very happy with the work Ben and his team did. They demoed and installed 1000sq feet concrete driveway. Very nice looking, with sand finish and decorative cuts. He kept in touch when unexpected things happened on their end. Cleaned up all the garbage and dirt after the work.

Ben and his crew were great to work with, and the 1000 square feet of concrete flat work they installed is excellent. This job also included some carpentry work (replacing a 24â beam and posts supporting a carport roof), and it was convenient to be able to hire one company to do the entire job. I also appreciated that Ben only asked for a 20% deposit to start work, and one interim payment after the grading, form work, and rebar were in place and ready for the concrete pour. This eliminated any anxiety about the job being completed in a timely matter and to my satisfaction.

Benâ s team install a cement pad in my backyard for our future gazebo, added steps to our existing tile patio, replaced driveway along with walkway and front door steps and pad. The price was very reasonable and the work was top notch. His teams were very nice and easy to work with. My only complaint was that I never knew exactly when they would show up. I would also have like them to clean up a little better after concrete was layer. However, the team that came to clean up the next business day did an awesome job.

Ben and his crew removed my 50+ year old driveway and sidewalk, hauled away the debris and poured and finished new ones within a three day window. They poured and finished 15 yards of concrete I roughly 3-1/2 hours and the results are amazing! Watching the team work was last ke watching a marching band they were so coordinated. My neighbors are envious and asking for his phone # and company name. I couldn’t be happier. This new driveway and sidewalk have really made my home beautiful. I will recommend A Perfect Concrete to anyone

we are overall pleased with how it turned out. the color on the laptop/brochure was not exactly the same, but it turned out just fine. Do get the things discussed in writing, as Ben has many projects to do, and he seemed to have forgotten what we talked about until we reminded him. but he fulfilled them.

Ben and his team poured two concrete pads for us. They turned out to be just what we wanted. They showed pride in workmanship and worked until it looked great.

Driveway work was completed quickly-3days-and very satisfactorily. Benâ s crew were hard workers and thorough. Cost was fair and included free borders. Iâ ve received many complements on the work. I would recommend Paradise..

I hired Ben/Paradise to put in a new 2,000 square foot radius concrete driveway. His finisher was very talented, and even added a border at no charge (his idea!). There were a few instances of work being rescheduled at the last minute, but at the end of the day to project was completed by the original finish date. They came back to clean up the following day. Ben and his team do nice work for a fair price. I would definitely us them again.

They did a good job on the driveway installation but completing clean up took a few telephone calls. Ben is good at returning calls but actions were delayed or rescheduled. After correcting a mistake which was made by his worker nobody contacted me to ask if I am satisfied with the outcome.

Ben was easy to work with and quick to respond. Every person on the job was excellent. I am very happy with the quality of work, and the work was completed quickly with no surprises.

I would have appreciated more communication about the work schedule and what to expect. End product for this large driveway job exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this company.

Ben delivered on everything he promised. We are pleased with our driveway and the cleanup.

To all that are going to have concrete work done at your home Ben is a very nice person to deal with. But there are several sort comings with the quality of the work and work place clean up. I had a lot of work done, sidewalks, driveway and patio. The first problem that came up was that there are several cracks in the patio, driveway and curb, one the cracks in the patio is so big in less than 90 days that grass is already growing through it. The stamp work that he did in several places looks like sh*t. So after the job was done I called him 3 times to come to my house to talk about what we could do about some of the large cracks, I called and he said he be at my house at an agreed day and time and did not show up or call on any of the times agreed on. I am also still trying to get concrete out of my yard. When it came to day to day clean up his crew left lunch garbage in my flowerbeds all the time which the crows scattered all over before I could pick it up. So at this point I still have the problems with no resolve in site. One last thing if I was not around to baby sit the job I would have had several more problems.
