Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for: $79 for furnace or ac tune up. I was so happy with their service. They did not have to do much and, because I did most of the work myself. I had them out to do minor work. The guy who came out was nice, neat and knew what he was doing.

Description of Work: The provided maintenance of our 2 furnace / AC units. I went to change the filter a few months later and found they replaced one filter with the wrong size (not even close) and didn't change the other filter at all. If they don't change the filter during maintenance I wonder if they did anything at all. Unfortunately I wasn't home while they did the work.

Description of Work: Installed new furnace. There were supposed to be 2 workmen, only one came. The job went from about 8:00am - 7:30pm. This was a great inconvenience b/c I had other appts to keep. This was a very LONG time. The first inspection did not pass b/c the conduction pipe that routed condensation from the furnace was under the roof overhang and had to be extended. Also piping needed covers. Overall I was pleased. Mostly did not like the all day/into the night process.
