Description of Work: Replaced igniters in Viking oven and replaced hinges on Kitchen Aide oven. He knew exactly what was wrong when I called him so ordered all the parts for when he came to my house. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it and had both ovens repaired in an hour! I highly recommend him.

Description of Work: It went fine, it took a while to have them get back to me, to schedule service. I was busy (work from home) and was not able to talk with person who did the work. I asked an question on an item they listed as needing replacement in the future, but never heard back from technician.

Description of Work: They overhauled our failing heat pump, replacing the compressor etc. The servicemen who came out to do the work were outstanding and very knowledgeable. My low rating for 'responsiveness' is due to the office staff. The compressor was back-ordered, which caused a delay of a few weeks. I found out about this when I called to ask why I hadn't heard from them. this happened again when it turned out other parts were needed. I had to make several calls to check on the status, despite having asked to be 'kept in the loop'. I will use this provider again but will assume that I will not hear of any hold-ups unless I call THEM!

Description of Work: We have a heat pump which periodically needs a new, very small battery. When contact was made to schedule, I discussed this, but was met with resistance. After a plumbing Big Deal, I was leery and expected that they would want a 2nd more expensive visit to install a battery. I did not use their $79 Big Deal
